I'm all for immigrants working at fast food joints however it should be a requirement to speak English fluently. The drive thru was backed up and took over 5 minutes to explain our order.

i swear they just throw whatever they want on a burger, i ordered a jr. whopper as a treat to myself with ketchup cheese and onion. the burger had no cheese, mayo not ketchup, tomato, pickles and no onions. i just wanted a burger before the storm

My food was cold and my fries were soggy got the wrong order ....it was disgusting ......and if they spent more time talk to the customers instead of talking intheir language they probably would have been right. .....last few times have been cold or wrong food

The french fries were loaded with salt and they were lukewarm. The tables weren't cleaned. The whopper was really good though.

The food here has gone downhill over the past year. My meal today was terrible, and it actually looked like a rat had pissed on and nibbled at part of the bun. Im choosing to believe thats not true, and praying I wont be sick within the hour. Im totally grossed out at the lack of quality of fast food lately. And the shrinkflation is absolutely ridiculous, considering the prices keep going up. Im gonna take a break from all fast food, not just here. Its not worth it. I will add though, the staff is always friendly and efficient here.

I waited for 6 mins (not busy) and 3 - 4 staff seen me at the counter….one did say she be with me, then she got talking and forgot…so I decided to leave, then as I was leaving, one guy (who seen me the whole time) decided to ask to take my order as I was leaving.
It reminded me as to why I try to avoid this location.

Took 15 mins for 4 modzerala sticks and watched multiple people who ordered whole meals after me get their food before me. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I missed multiple busses because of this.

I got to the window and the lady asked what I ordered cause she didn’t know, I told her my order again and heard her repeat it to the person I assume made my burger, then I paid and she kept my change for herself without offering it back first, then my burger was wrong
