The food quality and service were excellent! There is a guy who takes my order, and then makes and serves the food. He didn't have a name tag but he wears a gold bracelet. He was so personable and fast at getting my order out to me. The whole experience was great!
Visiting Burger King was an intriguing experience. While the ambiance was typical of fast-food chains, the taste of the burger left me puzzled. It had an unexpected hint of curry, which was perplexing and not entirely appetizing. Despite this unusual flavor, the service was prompt, and the fries were satisfactory. However, the mystery behind the curry taste left me questioning the quality control in the kitchen.

Horrible locationWe usually buy veggie combo. It normally comes with the option either fries or either mozzarella sticks but they are exception if you want mozzarella sticks but here you have to pay separately for mozzarella sticks so basically we are paying for a combo plus for mozzarella sticks but they didn’t even gave me fries which comes with the combo on top of that burger was also horrible

I had the unfortunate experience of waiting an excruciating 30 minutes for a simple delivery pickup from this place, I was left waiting with no communication or updates regarding the delay. When I inquired about the status of my order, the staff seemed clueless and unapologetic, showing a complete lack of professionalism.To make matters worse, the supervisor (idk) on duty failed to address the situation appropriately, offering no explanation for the inconvenience caused. But i am really surprised to see all other reviews which was so good praising their service. Not a surprise when you got a tatoo employeeMy two stars for the lady who was working at drive thru.. later she was polite to ask about the situation.. thanks to you.

Horrible food and service. It’s been awhile but wow has this Tacoma Dr location gone down hill. The lady couldn’t under English well enough to understand my order. Messed it up. Went back couldn’t understand the issue. Finally got it. I spoke to the Manager. Waste of time. Got home with the correct order. They microwaved it too long the bun was soggy and hot. The fries were cold. Last time I will order here. I expect they will be closed soon

I had a bad time at this restaurant. I ordered online, but when I got there, both the drive-through and main door were shut without any heads up. I asked someone outside, and they said it was closed for cleaning. The annoying part? They were still taking online orders, and I ended up losing my money. They seriously need to stop online orders when they're closed – it's just common sense.
