Wasn't asked what to put on the burrito so I just said everything. Only got about half the things that I expected. Also, tortas on the menu but not available. Kind of strange you have to call to confirm after ordering.

This location consistently has terrible customer service and often has mistakes made in orders that are delivered through skip.

Horrible experience at this Burrito Jax today, won’t be going back. We asked for quesadillas and got burritos. Tried to explain there was a price difference and we were told the prices on the menu were old and that they cost the same. We also ordered chips and salsa and got charged $6 for the salsa alone plus another $2 for the chips when the menu says $3.19 for both. Would not recommend eating here.

server was super short and barley put any rice. food was cold and the forks were un sanitary.

This location is great if all you want is rice on a tortilla. 15$ for a steak burrito, you’d think they’d give you steak with it. Horribly disappointed.

Order two tacos. He asked what kind of meat I wanted while I was putting in my order and I told him I didn't want meat. I asked what kind of meat substitute they had three times and never got an answer. When he was actually making my tacos I asked again what they had for meat substitute and didn't really get an answer. I asked if they had black beans and he told me that the black beans would make my taco soggy. Asked what others people would get if they didn't eat meat and he said "just vegetables." I had already paid for my order and didn't want "just vegetables" (I would have just ordered a salad if that's all I had wanted) so I got the black beans anyways. After eating the soggy tacos I then found out that they have smashed beans and was never offered that as a substitute.I wonder why other taco places can use black beans as a meat substitute and not have soggy tacos but this place can't do the same.

Vegetables not fresh, we entered just as they opened and green pepper bowl was nearly empty. Also I believe the meat was from the day before. Save your money, go elsewhere

Glad they have one in Dartmouth not far from me. Sweet potato and cranberry sauce on a burrito?? Totally works!

well prior experiences I have had were fantastic. However, with myself I have a rather severe tomato allergy and tonight at 6:05 pm I went in and ordered my chicken burrito I told the employer that was working that I wanted everything on it except of hot and tomatoes due to my allergy when I got home I took a few bites of my burrito and found tomatoes. after taken two extra strength allergy medications and was able to breathe properly again I called the burrito jax and spoke to the employee about this situation and tried to tell me that I ordered the salsa on the burrito out of sheer shock at the rude customer service and the fact that he denied everything i hung up. honestly I am more than disappointed that the level of customer service has fallen that low.

Great customer service! Some of the best tacos around!
