Very friendly service. The ramen was so good. The noodle was springy and soaked up all the yummy broth. The pork broth was so flavourful. Definitely will come back.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Buto Ramen. The staffâs behaviour was not welcoming, and the service felt unprofessional. On top of that, the food didnât taste good compared to Toko and other storesâ it lacked the flavour and quality I expected. Overall, I didnât enjoy my visit and wouldnât recommend this place based on my experience.

I ordered the Nagasaki ramen and was really disappointed. There was only one shrimp, and the rest of the âseafoodâ just didnât taste fresh. Iâve had this dish multiple times at Buta Ramen in Halifax and thought it would be the same hereâbut it wasnât, not even close. The service was good and fast, but unfortunately, I wonât be ordering the Nagasaki ramen again at Buta Ramen Dartmouth.

Small menu which helps prevent choice paralysis. Got the spicy tonkatsu, the soup was delicious though the pork chasu was a bit on the firmer side I think they use a different part of the pig than pork belly perhaps?

Spicy miso ramen is my fav . One of the best ramen I ever had . I hope eventually they can offer a veg substitute instead of the pork like marinated tofu or plant based meat .
