I’m finishing the last bites of my Guinness pie and it’s unbelievable. I had to say it before I even finished. This was better than my 5o dollar fancy plate at a dock spot in Halifax. Vibes are perfect and a cold beer to accompany, score!! Bartender was splendid minus the fact he’s a Boston fan ;)

Had a great lunch here with my friend. Only downfall was I didn’t realize it was a sports bar of sorts. Olympics were on and made for a bit of noisy atmosphere. Not my cup of tea. Besides that, my first visit and enjoyed it.

Update Jan 2026: Had a first date there tonight. Great atmosphere, a little loud but still easy to have a conversation. The food was really good (I had the Cajun shrimp).

The food was quite terrible. The curry and chips with chicken looked like something a college kid would served to his friends on a Friday night.

Stopped for a few beverages while out for a walk. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. First time in Dartmouth and found this gem. Will definitely stop again when we can.

Great service, delicious food!
Great local pub. We had reserved the 'backroom' as we were a big group. Quiet enough to talk but you can still hear the local music. The main room is a little different.
