Usually love ordering from here however last night the restaurant ignored my order notes which explained a food allergy and just wrote "sorry" on the box and gave it to us. They knew they made it wrong but still gave it out to customers which is a huge food safety issue.

This was the first time that my friend and I had food from charger. The hamburger was awesome. So tasty. And very big. And the french fries were home fries which I love. So all in all it was a great food experience. The staff were very friendly. We went to the Dartmouth location.

Ordered a meal with my family. Gave our meals to someone else while waiting a half hour. People who took our order then got their replacement order. Meanwhile waiting another half hour. Never coming here again. Terrible service

Got spicy tandoori combo. I didn’t like the burger but my girlfriend found it fine. We didn’t like the fries. Seems like they haven’t changed their oil for a while. Tasted like rancid oil.
Gave two stars as gf insisted.

Their burgers and garlic fries were bang on d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!!! I just wish they had smaller options for children and keto options. Otherwise, so delicious!

This was a very unpleasant experience. From the 18min wait to the uncomfortable silence you stew in while you wait, I would not recommend. Poor employee didn’t seem like he wanted to be there – alone, mind you, but with it being dead why would you need two people working at the same time? Shape up or ship out, Charger Burger.

The food was AMAZING. The service was very slow, but it appeared there was only one girl working. It seemed as though she was doing it all. Taking orders, payment, cooking and serving. I would def give them another chance. Perhaps someone called in sick last minute.
