This is my go-to spot when I’m craving a great, fast takeout burger. They have a nice variety, and I love how many options there are to customize and make your burger unique. My personal favourite is the bacon cheeseburger, and my partner and I usually split a poutine -always a hit! A fantastic spot if you’re looking for a quick, delicious burger.

The person making the food up front dealt with the garbage and proceeded to only wet her hands under the sink instead of washing them properly. I don't want people with no personal hygiene or food handling training handling my food. I won't be back. The crew also doesn't know how to speak English. They only hire their own.

Burger was decent, but not at 5 Guys level.

Don’t bother trying to make an order through uber eats. Every single day they are always shutting their uber off at weird times throughout the day and then open it up for maybe a half hour to an hour before they shut it down again 2 hours before close. Even tried doing a scheduled order once an hour before close and they cancelled it! They clearly have enough business already that they don’t need mine!

Absolutely one of the best burger stops ever!! Aiden offered superb service (it was close to closing and he was super courteous and friendly). Food was prepared with care and was absolutely DE-licious! Thank you Cheese Curds and Aiden!

My fast food go-to, and I'm not into the regular burger fast food places. Cheese Curds has the right balance of convenience, tasty & much better for your health.

Food was good. Online ordering is convenient but trickier with large orders. Would be nice if there was a combo option that didn't include drinks.

It was great food. Pretty long wait if you only have a half hour lunch. But worth it.

They dont follow instructions and send you the wrong shit. Im so tired of incompetent people. If you cant get an order right, you shouldn't be working there.

I've not been able to eat yet. Spent 15 minutes now just picking out stuff i didn't want and asked not to be added to my burger and poutine. Why am I paying high prices if I have to do this?? Now my food is cold. Great. How hard is it to follow simple instructions?

Pure incompetence with absolutely no care for customer service.
Seems to be on par with the rest of the world though. All that matters is getting your money into their pockets.

ordered the mega crunch haddock burger and a poutine.
i did get delivery so im sure thats a big factor for a bit of it.
the haddock was very very tough and wasnt very great. was quite mediocre and cold.
the poutine also came quite cold, not served in a foil bowl and honestly just tasted quite average. id like to try this place again sometime though cause they have alot of other options that look good.

Not a fan of ownership here, but the staff members (one guy with a red beard and the other with a smaller longer beard) really do a good job of customer service.

The food is pretty good and fairly priced for what it is. Honesly the review would be a 3/5 if it wasn't for the customer service.

Gave me fries instead of the poutines I paid for, they fixed it which was fine. The beef tasted off and made me very sick shortly after eating it. The veggies didn't look the greatest either. Used to love eating here, amazing burgers and poutines, Maybe quality control isn't the greatest since the old staff have been replaced with TFWs...
