Despite the price that keeps going up, the size and quality go down. I paid $8.20 for one large roll, but I got a small one. I genuinely thought they mistakenly gave me a mini roll instead. When I questioned the size, I was told that the dough sometimes doesn't fluff up and that was a large. The tiny roll barely had any icing, and they wanted to charge me extra just to have a normal amount of icing. Avoid this place if you don't want to pay money for disappointment.

I was at your establishment last night around 7-730 before heading home and the lady who waited on us was fabulous but the blond girl working with her needs to learn how to work. She sat at the cash talking to 3 of her friends while he ate their Cinnabons licking their fingers. Not to mention she didn’t even care to help her coworker when there was a line up of people waiting to be waiting on. Very unprofessional.

This cinnamon bun was absolutely incredible! The dough was soft, fluffy, and had the perfect balance of chewiness and lightness. What’s going on with Cinnabon?!? Change recipe? Baker? We got some mini’s and it was so bad as you can see on the photo… there’s no sweet stuff in the middle of the cinnamon bun! The bun is tough and not soft like it was before! What’s going on? Are you guys getting cheap with the ingredients? Or your bakers doesn’t know what they’re doing now?
Just walked the mall and saw all these boxes that were made yesterday, sat all night on the tack and now will be sild as "Made fresh daily"...shamn on you

Ordered a minibon, opened the box & it looked tiny. I thought the worker had given me a centre of the roll. I asked the worker, & she immediately got defensive & started saying she gave me the right thing. She just got so angry, & all I did was ask a question. Ended up waiting with a friend in front of Cinnabon after, & she continued to glare at us, & stare us down. We were discussing the issue, but we found the whole thing quite rude.
