What’s going on with Cinnabon?!? Change recipe? Baker? We got some mini’s and it was so bad as you can see on the photo… there’s no sweet stuff in the middle of the cinnamon bun! The bun is tough and not soft like it was before! What’s going on? Are you guys getting cheap with the ingredients? Or your bakers doesn’t know what they’re doing now?

Ordered a minibon, opened the box & it looked tiny. I thought the worker had given me a centre of the roll. I asked the worker, & she immediately got defensive & started saying she gave me the right thing. She just got so angry, & all I did was ask a question. Ended up waiting with a friend in front of Cinnabon after, & she continued to glare at us, & stare us down. We were discussing the issue, but we found the whole thing quite rude.

We get Cinnabon every year for Christmas breakfast. I always pick them up the week leading to Christmas. Last year when I went to get some I was told that I wasn't going to be able to get in as I didn't have an order placed. I asked when they had stated taking orders for Christmas and was told that they always have. I told the girl that I had been getting them every Christmas for the last 7 years and had never put in an order but had just shown up and was able to get some (after a conversation about this she put me in for an order to be picked up Christmas Eve, not an ideal time to go to the mall). So this year I was pro active and put my order in the beginning of this week as this year we are not going to be in town the week of Christmas. When placing my ordered it was implied that I didn't need to do that and could just walk in the day I needed them, but I put my order in anyways as I was already talking to them. When I showed up today (15 mins late on my end unfortunately) to pick up my order it wasn't even ready and the guy didn't even know anything about it and had to wait for an order that should have been ready for me when I got there.The service has not been great the last few years and the store has been looking pretty dingy, and gets worse looking every year.May have to start a new tradition for Christmas breakfast going forward.

I'm about 3 hours away, so when we do go to the Mic Mac Mall, me & family always make sure to go to cinnabon, BUT we just went yesterday (Dec 2nd 2023) and we brought it to our hotel room, and we(4 adults and a child) got sick, it was doughy and not cooked properly... Was Definitely not a great visit. We won't be returning.
Delicious cinnamon rolls. Made fresh daily. To ensure I get the freshest rolls everytime & avoid lengthy wait times, I call in my order ahead of time. Unlike the cranky customer ahead of me who showed off his 2 star review in front of staff members, because he didn’t order ahead for a box of buns on a busy weekend shopping day!

The rolls taste really good, but the way they apply the frosting is not eye-pleasingly great. It seems that they put the frost without Amy consideration of how much and how frost looks. Also, the guy at the counter may take better care of how he looks to the customers. His clothes had all signs of stain from dough and frost on his pants and shirt.

As soon as the bread comes out, they package it and give it to you... but the packaging staff did it very half-heartedly... and the bread was all crushed... The bread in the box was crushed. ㅠㅠㅠ When I was putting it in the box, I picked the bread with tongs and it lost its shape... I kept noticing it to the staff... but they didn't even think about replacing it... ㅜㅜㅜ I can't enjoy eating it with my eyes. It's in such a mess... ㅜㅜㅜ Size It also feels a bit smaller??? Is it just me???ㅜㅜㅜIt would have been nice if they had packaged the things I received in cups in a more spacious place...but what's the point of putting them in a small cup!!!ㅜㅜㅜ The service for the price is zero...I feel like it's a waste of money...ㅜㅜㅜ As I was writing this, I suddenly thought of the dented bread in the box again. It made me angry..ㅠㅠㅠ
