Great location, always busy because they are so great!

Really great coffee, so good that I needed a refill. The GF breakfast sandwich was the best I've ever eaten. The flavors were incredible and unexpected - caramelized onions and mushrooms on a breakfast sandwich. It was sooo good!!

I Will say, this place has great customer service! A couple of times things have gone wrong (order was lost, waited 1+ hour for two breakfast sandwiches and they gave us a 20$ gift card, a few times my order was made for here when I asked for it to go)! And after a few weeks of being overcharged on my favorite vanilla latte, I did finally speak up. (Board says $4.25 plus 0.80 cents for the flavour= $5.55 with tax = $6.38, but every week I have been charged $7.25 and with a tip it comes to almost 9$ for a small, which I don’t mind paying if that was the advertised price :) the barista wasn’t sure why I was being overcharged but she did offer to make latte into a large if I wanted, and a baked good), I only declined the baked good because I do feel bad this is a small business I just wanted to mention the price discrepancy after paying that price for the past few weeks :) I think the pricing just needs to be updated on the board! :) great great coffee!!

The food and the view alone makes this a stellar place. It's a waterfront café, right on Banook. Makes for the perfect Sunday morning date and walk. Got a bacon breakfast sando and an oat cappuccino. Total with taxes and tips was $20. Falls in the typical range for a local café beverage and breakfast. They've got scones and other delicious treats baked fresh all day long.

Dietary restrictions: All kinds of cheese/berry scones, baked goods, and gluten free treats available.

Been to this establishment many times.
On Saturday went. Ordered our regular $20.00 + . I then realized they had no sweetener for my coffee. I asked. I was told they no longer have it. White sugar, brown sugar or Stevia. This doesn't work for a Diabetic. So , if your Diabetic, bring your own sweetener or go elsewhere. Service was far below average for the 1st time. Service is generally fantastic.
Scones are always amazing. I left sad & disappointed as I drank my black coffee.
I will definitely try it again and hope it was a fluke
