The past 2 times I went I got the chicken strips and both times they forgot the sauce and I didn’t notice until I was home which was disappointing but the food itself is always decent and the ice cream never disappoints

Went here Thursday July 3 evening. Always get banana split, with chocolate, butterscotch and hot fudge topping. Was told No, can't do that, no substitue for toppings. So since I don't like pineapple or strawberry, no more banana splits for me at this location! Asked, so you'd rather lose my business than put two different toppings on? Answer...Yes, sorry, we can't substitute! Drove away. For the price of a banana split I certainly should be able too choose whatever topping I want!!

I used to visit this location 2 times a week I’ve recently stopped as every time I go the employees are standing around talking with what seems to be friends coming and going it would be nice to see the youth of today having jobs in there community . 90% of the workers are East Indian what happened to building our youth.
I have, for the longest time, gotten birthday cakes for family from dairy queen. I started ordering them from main street when I moved here and it was made incorrectly with the fudge disk on the bottom. I thought it was a one off so I ordered it again, and explained exactly how I wanted it. Again, it was done incorrectly, so I said I'll try ONE more time. I explained and asked them to recite it back to me HOW I WANTED IT. Which was simply ice cream on the bottom, the fudge in the middle and ice cream on top, like it's supposed to be. They said it back to me and I picked it up... fudge on the bottom... I will never order from there again.

We went to the Dairy Queen on Main st, We had the window slammed in our faces before we could even ask for lids. All of the blizzards were liquid, as carefully as we drove the blizzards leaked all over us. When called the lady said “ well I’ll ask whoever did that” and hung up in my ear.
TERRIBLE customer service, terrible food handling. Will not be back.

Frozen milk is super expensive these days ! 6.00 for a cone wow. Not even real ice cream ..good tho but prices are unbelievable and I can't understand how folk could continue to load the drive thru like there's a food giveaway!
