*Edit.Today we got take out and the guy at the order counter barely acknowledged our existence. Obviously hates his job. No manners, just gave us the food and shut the window.It's pretty good. Nice place, but for the price you seem to get what I'd call European portions rather than what you'd expect in North America. Very small burgers and a few fries...Still better than McDonald's though.

I ordered 4 cheese burgers for my family and I ordered one plain one just Meat cheese and bun, that is what I said, for my daughter who has allergies and sensitivity to food and due to the fact none of them were plain my daughter wasn’t able to eat anything from Dairy Queen and we had to give her our fries and poutines and such. She ended up being very upset and we had to go back out to get her more food so she’s not hungry

I came to this location with my family for a treat on Saturday night. Both of the cheeseburgers we had ordered were cold and dry, two of us tried the burger to compare and both of us did not think it was eatable. I took it to the counter and the response was oh too bad you had a bite out of it already. The clerk was arguing with me at the counter and not helpful at all. Bottom line, the staff is not trained how to problem solve or provide good customer service.

Delightful experience. Staff was friendly. Did not wait long for food. 100% recommend this location.Kid-friendliness: Staff was absolutely wonderful to my two little girls when getting them their ice-cream cones. Made their first DQ experience one to remember. And made my day as well. I will be returning for another daddy daughter date in the future.

I just want to say I have never experienced such great customer service in my life then I did last night. Here's a little back story, my 5 year old had been having a rough week with bullies at school. We decided we were going to head to the cottage to have some him time.. at the last minute my husband's work had an emergency which entailed him working all weekend which was really disappointed our son. So we decided we would take him out for supper and desert anywhere he wanted, to try to make up for the plans changing.For desert he chose Dairy Queen, so we went in to get some ice cream. We were greeted by the most poilite man, he was smiling and made us feel welcome. After taking our order he asked my 5 year old if he would like to make his own ice cream. The staff made him wait beside the counter so he was safe until a lovley lady came and took his hand and led him to the ice cream mashine. They told us we could come take pictures but unfortunately we forgot our phones in the truck. When my son walked around the corner with the ice cream he helped make, he was glowing. This will forever be a core memory for him and he cannot wait to tell his teacher on Monday. While eating his ice cream last night he was saying he wanted to work at dairy queen when he's older.So thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond for my son. You truly do not know how much he needed that. Thank you so much for caring about your customers.

Got served the freshest most delicious fries tonight. ? 10/10. Go to eat the cheeseburger and the bun is stale. Not even just a little stale. I hurt the roof of my mouth the bun was so crusty. The burger had a very weird taste. I didn't SEE mold, but I couldn't place the nasty taste in my mouth ? the burger was tossed. 0/10.
The Indian people here are rude, ignorant, and just have no basic concept of customer service. Am not happy or impressed at all. I don't know how these people get hired if they don't listen to you or can barely understand you, but clearly there working hard right?

Went through the drive thru late on November 16th, to fix a craving for a blizzard after finding out the peanut butter pie blizzard has graham in it decided on the regular but my partner had gotten the other, we noted it was due to allergy and they mixed his first clearly without cleaning the machine after and then made my regular one causing cross contamination and caused an allergic reaction... Never been more dissatisfied as a long time food servicer worker myself, as I am currently on a vacation out here and by sheer luck noticed before downing enough to need a ER visit...Dietary restrictions: Yeah they caused an allergic reaction!!! Do the one without the allergen first!!! And clean the machine...
