Store has gone way down in quality. Everything is always filthy. There is never any clean tables and fries always are scattered on the floor.

Jasleen(Assistant manager) got so much attitude when she was working at front. Seems like she doesn’t bother about people who are waiting in queue, no greetings, barely smile, rude to customers.

Super disappointed with their service this evening. Went through the drive thru and there was a peice of paper stating drive thru speaker was down and to go inside instead. Working customer service I can understand placing the paper on the speaker, however drive thru should be priority even if customers order from the window instead of the speaker. Went inside to be greeted by two workers who you could tell were in a rush to leave. After we ordered, one of the workers went and turned off the “open” sign and locked the door at 10:20 (their hours posted online state they’re open until 11pm). When I asked if they close early the worker stated there was only 2 of them scheduled and they were unable to keep up with only 2 of them so they have decided to close early. After working in the fast food industry for over 8 years I find this type of customer service shocking and I feel like it could have been easily avoided.

Come to this place if you just want your order messed up ( wondering if its on purpose) every single time. I work in dartmouth crossing, was by today and said my order, which the gentlemen working the drive through repeated back to me. I couldn't have said it more clear because I knew they would mess it up like they always do. The fact that he said my order directly back to me, then when I got my food it was completely wrong is beyond pathetic, and it happens every time. Couldn't tell until I was out of the drive through, and then couldn't be bothered to go and have it fixed. Also, when the guy on the window said good bye he said it real sarcastically and ignorant, like they always do. Pathetic. Don't go here. I won't be back, and I use to enjoy getting lunch here where I work in dartmouth crossing. Never again! Money saved so it all works out. Stay away unless you like to pay for something and then be given something no where close to what you ordered

Everything is so good. Staff is very nice and polite. The guy with the Turban who serve us is so kind and humble. Really appreciate staff’s communication and customer service skills.

DQ is known for its ice cream / cool treats, but honestly, they have some of the best chicken strips in the fast food world. Buffalo sauce is great.
I love the salad with crispy chicken. I do kind of wish all the burgers weren't double burgers.

I like the new decor bit the tables move and when zi have a child with me she finds herself always reaching far away. Normally I push the table towatds her but then I m dropping thongs on myself as my dish etc isn't under where I m eating. Glad to see your grilled chicken salad is still a go as my husband and I eat it regularly!!
