First time dining in and loved the experience. We always used drive thru but we were out with friends shopping and stopped for a quick treat. It was clean, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly.

We usually get our sundaes done with 1/2 cherry and 1/2 hot fudge, the one in Bayer's lake and the one in Fairview never have a problem but these guys were saying they will do it this one time but it's going to be an extra charge next time and to top it off , no lemonade at this location and chicken fingers were cold , I probably won't go back to this location

Store was closed half an hour before their posted closing time. But judging by these bad reviews I’m kinda glad we couldn’t get in.

Took family of 4 for lunch. Ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich for myself. Took a bite into it and the chicken was pink and running pink juices. I went back to the counter and politely and quietly told the employee the chicken was not cooked and I would not be eating it. He told me that the item I chose takes the longest to cook.....6 minutes. He said they could cook another one for me for 6 minutes. Umm......if this wasn't cooked at 6 minutes, the next one won't be either. I tore the chicken sandwich open and showed him the inside was not cooked. I declined a replacement chicken sandwich and asked for a hamburger of equivalent value. He told me I could keep the chicken sandwich or throw it out. No chance I was going to eat that! I received a single burger with mustard and ketchup. This did not equate. This establishment is going to make people sick with undercooked food. There was no apology or accountability by the staff. Won't be eating at DQ in Dartmouth Crossing again. I could not consider eating at any DQ any time soon. Completely disgusted by the food received this day and the service.

Food is great but customer service is the worst on the HRM. You place an order and food is up within minutes they tell you to have a seat and they will bring it to you. We'll food is already ready sitting on shelf. You sit down wait 5 minutes. Ho up and say where's the food it's been sitting there for awhile and it better not be cold. Then he says I will bring the dipping sauce so go back to seat and wait again. Then go up and have to get my sauce which is in his while he's taking more orders. This was my last visit to this location. All I got from manager was excuses for an employee being late.

Their single cheeseburger with fries, a drink and a sundae for under $10 taxes included, is a pretty good deal nowadays, considering the cost of eating

The food was average. Chicken strips with a sauce coating were lacking taste. French fries were undercooked. We did not get all our kids' meals, apple juice was missing. The ice cream Sundays ? were delicious.

Food was not tasty and the drinks was not good my friend had black gunk in her drink and DQ excuse was the pop bag was empty out back this was not the case the whole pop machine was filthy we reluctantly ate our meal and noticed AFTER we ate that we litterally sat in MOLD theres mold on the fabric of the booth as well on the wood and the sign promoting good cleaning standards was filthy we went to the manager who apparently was the supervisor not the manager when we noticed mold on the ceiling and mold on the HIGHCHAIRS we got a full refund but the staff was making every different excuse as to why the establishment was in such poor condition. We will not be back to this location.

This establishment is disgustingly dirty. Not a single table was wiped, the floor was slippery and dirty and the place reeked of urine. Went to the washroom and walked right back out, it was the worst public washroom I’ve ever experienced. The only reason we ate in was because it was storming outside and we didn’t want to eat in the car.Food was standard Dairy Queen food, and staff was fine, but it wasn’t busy and they had a lot of workers on shift, someone could have been cleaning up the place. I won’t eat at this Dairy Queen again.
