Couldn’t finish the cupcake. Icing is basically just whipped cream and the cake tasted and had had the texture of foam from the inside of my couch.
Luckily my rats liked it enough to finish it.

I ordered a large bundle for a 60th birthday cerebration, (carrot cake) every item was amazing!. Every piece of the cake eaten, every cupcake flavour mmm! cookies, macaroons, small tarts and scones each and everyone a delight. I had difficulty placing the order on the website (it wasn’t taking delivery date) I called the order in, staff very helpful,payment completed, delivery day of party right on time. Thank you!, sorry it took a while to post party was in July, we have been busy. We will be back for any other entertaining we do,well worth the money.

Extremely happy with the service and cake that I ordered (The Elliot Page vegan cake). The cake was incredibly moist and perfectly rich and chocolatey! I will absolutely order again in the future, not only because of the amazing taste and quality but because one of the owners was so helpful when I had accidentally ordered the cake for the wrong date. I was in a pinch as our celebration was the same evening, and she was able to get the cake ready for me very quickly. Not to mention it is conveniently located just off the highway and close enough to Dartmouth crossing that I was able to pick up the cake and buy candles on the way! Thank you Delectable Desserts!! You are my new favourite spot :)

We recently ordered cupcakes with Delectable Desserts for a very special occasion. They were absolutely perfect! Right after opening up the box, we were totally impressed with the beautiful presentation.
These cupcakes were just incredibly decorated. Each one of them was like a small piece of art. We had a sampling of a number of flavors, all of which were successes. The cakes were incredibly moist and light, sweet but not too sweet. The frosting was very smooth and creamy, full of flavor, not too sweet, and complemented the cake.

Delectable Desserts really made our occasion special. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really showed in every single bite.

The service was great. The hospitality of the staff, warm and accommodating, showed in their passion for the job. They made sure everything was perfect with our ordered dish and delivered it on time, hence making the experience seamless and a joyful one.

In short, we could not be more pleased with our Delectable Desserts cupcakes. They were truly the star dessert of the show at our special party, and our friends and family just loved them. We would enthusiastically recommend Delectable Desserts to any event a client wants to add a touch of sweet and classy to. Five stars all the way!

Delectable desserts is heavenly!! we've gotten 1 birthday white chocolate/raspberry cake & 1 birthday chocolate cheesecake and presentation and flavor always exceed our expectations. Beautifully done! And if you go pick up your order in person, get ready to leave wishing you had bought more desserts!!

Aside from the fact that the white chocolate raspberry cake was 10/10, the customer service and willingness to help a husband rush a cake for his wife is the literal definition of “icing on the cake”. I will recommend this place to all.

I ordered the mini cheesecakes and they were heavenly!

I live in Alberta and wanted to surprise my Mom who lives in NS with a birthday cake. I found delectable desserts searching online and I am so happy I did. I was able to chose a cake and arrange day and time delivery to make sure it arrived by her birthday and when i knew they would be home. The cake was gorgeous and my parents said it was delicious. We are all beyond thrilled with everything. I highly recommend and will definitely buy a cake from here again!

We purchased a large party tray of sweets for an internment gathering. The help with deciding what we needed ended with us having the perfect amount and selection a sweets. When we picked up the owner was working. We had a nice chat with him. Service from start to finish was friendly, helpful and a joy. All the sweets were a hit, especially the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

Delicious and always fresh! Worth every penny!
