“Three Bears Deli staff went above and beyond to cater to our special dietary needs. They made me feel confident that they could help us provide a meal for our function that had some severe life threatening allergy modification request. Not only did they do this, they delivered the most delicious sandwiches and soup. They were so scrumptious! Thank you Three Bears Deli, I would highly recommend you a 100 times over!“

“This Wendy's on Forrest Hills has been our go-to for years! The drive thru is the fastest I've ever seen, and they rarely mess up my order (once they gave me the wrong pop, but I was able to swap with someone else in my family). The food is always hot and delicious. We never go to McDonald's anymore because this Wendy's is close to our house and never disappoints.
Vegetarian options: They have great salads and baked potatoes
Dietary restrictions: The Chilli, baked potato and their taco salad is GF (I know these for sure because my wife orders them).
Parking: Always close parking around
Kid-friendliness: My kid loves their chicken nugget meals
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance and big 2 wheel chair accessible doors.“

“after living in halifax for over 4 years i must say the most disappointing customer service and most hurtful incident of RACIAL profiling I ever had to deal with has been at the Burnside freshii..... after walking in between meetings while talking to my business partner on the phone, I was refused service by the MANAGER . who told me he will not serve me.... when asked why he refused to serve me he told me I was disrespecting him by coming to his cashier register on my phone...... of course this manager them walked around from his counter walked right into my face to intimidate me..... when i proceeded to try to make my order after been hungry running back and forth to meetings all day he proceeded to call the police... thanks to freshii Burnside I am once again reminded that my appearance is either threatening or offensive.... either way it was made clear that my kind is not welcome.....!!!“

“If you're heading out from Dartmouth on a road trip, do you really want to be making breakfast. No. Go to a&w and grab a cheese n egger combo with hash brown and OJ and get as an extra cheese n egger and hit the road. They will ask you a skill testing question though. Bun or English muffin. The correct answer is English muffin. Don't trust anyone who willingly chooses bun.
Vegetarian options: Cheese n egger, pancakes if you're sitting down. After breakfast they got the beyond burger.
Kid-friendliness: Usually the children here are well behaved and seemed friendly enough.“

“We had a small issue with an employee there that was quickly resolved by upper management and the employee involved. We are so impressed with their response to the situation, you truly don’t see this type of corrective and respectful action being taken by all involved. The food was also great.“

“Today we visited a KFC restaurant with our family, approximately between 8 and 9 PM. While my husband stepped out with our youngest child, I stayed with our two other kids. Within seconds, I slipped and fell on the wet tiled floor. A staff member was mopping the floor with an extremely wet mop, casting annoyed looks in our direction. She did not place any visible yellow warning signs nearby — one was placed in the restroom, and another I only noticed far away near the exit, nowhere near where we had been walking. My son ended up bringing a sign from the restroom and placing it at the slippery spot himself.
As a result of the fall, I suffered a groin strain and pain in my calf muscle. It has now been two hours since we got home, and I still feel discomfort. The floors were wet and slippery with visible water, and we warned other guests to be careful as we were leaving.
This was a dangerous situation caused by the staff’s negligence, and it could have led to a more serious injury. The incident should be visible on your security cameras. Please take this seriously — wet floors without proper signage pose a real risk to customers.“
“I would like to send a huge THANK YOU to the kind owner & manager (apologies for not properly introducing myself) whom I met on Dec. 27 2024 (Boxing Day)! You were incredibly busy and overwhelmed from the craziness of the day but we managed to talk a few minutes. Then you found me at the GameStop and got me a coupon for a free pretzel! I got the parmesan and it was so delicious! I will definitely return next time when I am in the area! Highly recommended 👌“
