Went to order food, had to use the washroom first. Decided after looking at the washroom there was no way I was eating there. The pictures speak for themselves. My boyfriend said when he lifted the seat up with his foot, there was pee, dribbling all down the bottom of the seat. If the bathroom is that dirty, it’s safe to assume that the kitchen is at least twice as dirty, where you cannot see it. I would not recommend here to eat at all.

First time visitor. We had the $5.00 small donair deal X 2 and small 2 topping pizza and garlic fingers X 2. It was all reasonably priced and It was a fair amount of food. Clean restaurant. Fast, friendly and professional staff… one guy needs a beard net but they created a tasty product. Will probably be back as some other menu items caught our eye as our food was being prepared. Thanks, guys. 👍🏼

I have never been a customer of a place so poorly operated. I’ve been ordering Greco for years and love it, but this place needs some HELP. I’ve ordered twice from Uber eats but they cancel my order over an hour after ordering saying they don’t deliver to my area- Then why the hell is it offered? So today, I decided to pick up order. I asked him about a deal offered on the website and they said that they don’t offer it, Meanwhile, I arrive and it’s literally posted all over the windows and I was able to order it online even though I preferred to do it over the phone. So then when I get there, the doors are locked and I assume the places is closed down. After waiting 10 minutes, some guy walks by and he was able to open the door and I finally get my stuff. And when I get my stuff, the order is wrong. pretzels are rockhard theyre so burnt,. I’ve never left a bad review but I would leave 10 more at this location if I could.. Never eating here again

Pizza is amazing. Every single other thing I’ve ever gotten is mediocre at best and super inconsistent — don’t order anything but simple pizza.
For this round we tried the pretzel bites, one salt and garlic dip, one cinnamon and caramel. All the pretzels were burnt on the outside, salt and cinnamon were there if you squinted, caramel dip was half the size of the garlic, and most of that had spilled out into the box. Really sad.

We used to live in the Maritimes and loved Greco. It seems like it is fading away. Only three locations in the HRM now according to Google Maps.
Called to make our order, asked for usual 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound. I was told Greco only does small, medium and large. I asked how the size related to 1/4 and 1/2 pound and was told they only did the three sizes, no more pounds.
Then, when I got there to pick up our order, I noticed the sign that showed Small = 1/4 pound, Medium = 1/2 pound and Large = 3/4 pound. Then when I got home, the donair wrapper had the three pound sizes on it but no S, M or L. No big deal, all good on the sizes. Just thought it was funny.
Like pretty much everything you remember from your past, the Greco donair we had been anticipating did not live up to how we remembered it.
I ordered 2 orders of the East Coast Party packs and everything was ready when I they said it would be. It was delicious and well enjoyed. The staff gentleman was polite, courteous and .. well, it was just great on all angles.

Would give zero stars if possible. Wasn't happy with food, they told me to bring it back, then wouldn't replace it. They touched my food at the cash too and expected me to leave with it without a replacement, and they wouldn't refund me. Horrendous service. Worst location ever. Too bad it's the only one in Dartmouth

Placed an online order for pick up and it was completely wrong. Called to see if I could have the right order delivered and was refused. Asked if I could have a discount and was refused. Drove all the way back for the exchange. They gave me a free pizza for my inconvenience but there was still two additional things missing. Will not return which is a shame because I was a big fan of the old Tacoma location.

Saw the 2 can dine for 19.99 deal, so we popped in for lunch. With grand memories of the donair oven subs, we excitedly ordered and waited for our snack.
The oven subs were tiny. The bread was dried out (like it was stale before it was baked). There was very little meat on it.
Then there was the garlic fingers. How can something so greasy be so dry??
It is unfortunate that things have changed so much. Once upon a time, we lived in Grecoville and it was a wonderful thing. Now we don't, and after this sad experience, I'm probably more than OK with that.
