I absolutely love this restaurant. It is my favourite Italian restaurant in the city. It is especially lovely when the weather is warmer and you can enjoy the deck. I have never had a meal I didn't enjoy. HIGHLY recommend.

Was very excited to try this restaurant after viewing all of the amazing reviews online... however was sadly disappointed. Went for the “dine around Halifax” special. I ordered risotto balls and house made pasta sauce as a starter, which tasted like it was straight out of a can, which was quite disappointing as the restaurant claims to service authentic food. The rest of the meal was average, same quality food and service id expect at east side Mario’s or Boston pizza. Glad I checked it off my list and now know not to return.

I've been here twice and the food is great! Just the right amount of portion, prepared perfectly. Service was great on both occasions. The reason for 4 stars is due to the glitch in attempting to make reservations on line through their website. The communication with the hostess about the situation was terrible.

We had the calamari, ravioli special and lamb shank. Calamari was kind of bland and not well seasoned for the tiny cup of dipping aioli that comes with. The complimentary bread came with no butter or oil (maybe the bread is pre-buttered/oiled?). The entree portions are small. The ravioli special was supposed to have chicken in it but we really couldn't find any in the dish. The tiny lamb shank came with chef veg and mini potatoes (which took up most of the plate to be honest). The entrees and dipping aioli were tasty though. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was beautiful.
I can’t believe I hadn’t visited yet. The decor is really modern, the service was great and they have THE best bread to start that I have ever had. They even brought us a little extra after we said how amazing it was. Prices are really reasonable for the quality. I also saw a sign saying they offer free valet parking on weekends in the winter - nice to have that option when it is cold and rainy/snowy.

Great food, terrific service, and a comfortable and SEXY atmosphere. Delicious seafood pasta dish with a MILKY rosée sauce. Excellent spot for a romantic meal for two or a group meal on the WEEKEND. Will be back soon for sure. Enjoy!

This is a great restaurant with delicious Italian food! We have been here numerous times and have loved our meals. On our last visit we enjoyed some wine with an amazing meat and cheese board.
