Myself and my three daughters came out for supper and jacks did not disappoint. The food was great and the service by my server Hailey was amazing! Very attentive and sweet! I will always recommend jacks especially to sit in Hailey’s section!

Our dining experience at Jack Astors in Dartmouth was excellent! Certainly, the food and atmosphere were very high quality.

Most especially worthy of highlighting was the service provided by Crystal. We’ve been served by Crystal many times in the past couple of years. She is outstanding in every way! She is attentive, pleasant, calm, cheerful, and intuitive. Crystal is one of those rare servers who can quickly form a good relationship with customers making it seem as if you’ve known her for many years.
Crystal has an amazing smile and is always appropriately attired. She is one of the best!

Place was a packed Saturday night at supper time and they still managed to have us seated immediately, we had Alexa as a server and she was amazing! Super nice, very quick on bringing our food and the food was absolutely delicious!

Parking: Lots of people coming but also lots leaving so that left lots of opportunities to grab a spot

Food was great, absolutely WONDERFUL service, Alannah took very good care of us and made our lunch date feel extra special. We will 100% be returning and we hope Alannah will be there when we do. :)

This restaurant has the most delicious food offered to its’ guests. The steaks are always cooked to perfection…med rare is always med rare. Another hidden gem for this restaurant is its’ staff. Wednesday night we had supper there and our server was Crystal…what a star she was. When I finished my drink she immediately made sure that I had a refill without even having to let her know. This young lady is certainly a first class server.

Our server was Emily, great, friendly service! The Pad Thai is excellent and the crispy buffalo chicken mac & cheese sounds crazy but it works - delicious!

A paper liner on a small pizza pan is "NOT" a satisfactory plate to serve a burger on. Didn't enjoy eating paper with my burger. Buy some plates, not looking for extra fiber, thanks.
