I don't know who selects the music, but they think they're a late night dance club. The music was awful and loud. The selection is more suited to late teen early 20's music at the Friday night disco. As much as I like a lot of the food there, I won't go back to this location until that issue is resolved.

My husband and I usually go to Montanas but we decided to try something new. The experience was incredible and I’m not sure why we haven’t given Jacks more of a chance before. Tiana, our server, left the most memorable and positive impression. We felt like her only table in the restaurant, although it was fairly busy! Her attentiveness, quick wit, and spot on recommendation skills made our dining experience incredible. She was truly engaging and made us feel like the centre of her attention. First time in a long time we have experienced service like this. We’ll be back Jacks!!!!

Loved the fresh Mint Iced Tea!!! The Wonton Nachos were a Creative dish but much too Spicy. As was the Chicken on Foccoscia (could only eat half my Sammy cuz it was much too spicy ). The chipotle mayo Kills all the other Flavors. Got mine with Arugula which paired perfect with the Foccoscia. No Warning Icons on menu. The Truffle Fries & Truffle Steak topping were AMAZING. Steak was Horrible tho. Dry & Chewy.

We had the BEST waitress that we ever had at any of the Jack Astor's. We eat their regularly. No waiter or waitress compares to Nana B. She was amazing. We will be back and will obviously ask to sit in her area. Great service and always smiling. See you soon Nana.

Visited Jacks on Tuesday March 12th for lunch with my mother and my daughter. Our server Alex in the dining room was pretty well the nicest, most attentive, and humorous server I have ever had. Being a server myself for many years I was blown away at the service experience. He made our visit a great one! Highly recommend visiting this location for the great service, good eats and fun decor.

The server was great and drawing on the table was entertaining, it's silly and great, would not ever change that.The word I hate using is, shrink-flation, but I have to when I order a burger with a side salad, and I receive 1/2 cup worth of greens and a slider sized burger. It was good, but for $22 you would think the burger would have been larger,Go back to larger portions please.Side note, the parking here is excellent, if you have mobility issues, you will enjoy the flat surfaces.
