This had to of been the worst experience I ever had with a fast food business. I wanted a box meal that was on the menu for $17.09. The girl at the counter had little to no training and said that's in a combo and ask what combo I wanted, then a guy pops over to say we are no longer selling this combo ( why is this on the menu if it's no longer available??). Then he suggested another combo that was supposed to have cheese on it ( it didn't) I was supposed to have two sides ( only got one) he threw in a drum stick that only had chicken on one side, and had to wait 25mins to get it , not to mention while waiting the 25mins had 5 skip the dish guys push me out of the way for there one min wait. By the look of all the one star reviews I am reading this stores manager needs to start doing there job and maybe head office needs to start getting involved to bring its store up to standard.

Chicken served is usually sub par quality. I recently ordered a 16-pc bucket meal. Got home and checked the chicken, but there were only 10 pieces. Called the store, crew I spoke with said he remembers me (of course, you guys know what you did to my order), and said they will add 2 more pieces when I return to pick up the 6 pieces that they intentionally left out in my order. So in short, they tried to trick me with my order, snd their remedy was for me to return (my effort and gas and time!), and add $5- worth of chicken, is it worth the hassle? No apologies even! The crews are usually nice and friendly but this instance, so disappointing. ?

Worst KFC I’ve ever come across. Do not eat hear. I’m living by the mall it has been 1 year since the pop machine has worked. The franchise owner seems to be brain dead. I ordered a 3 piece meal, the meal unlike normal kfc came with no breast and 3 legs more batter was used to make them look bigger so all I got was a mouthful of batter.
I couldn’t get any pop so I had to go to subway to get a cold pop. The chicken was disgusting. I love kfc but this was the worst I’ve ever had.
The fries were barely warm. The guy at the desk apologised. The back room looks disgusting the counter disgusting the gear is straight out of 1986 and needs about 10 years of cleaning.
Usually your order is wrong.
I won’t be eating here ever again DO NOT EAT HERE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HATE IT.

Food took a while for a chicken sandwich and some water, they almost forgot my water and they didn't give me the spicy sandwich like I had asked for. I could have gone to a KFC outside the mall and had it faster. The joint is slow and mess up orders. Would not recommend.

It has been a year + since the app or website actually worked and accepted payment. I have no idea how that is even possible for such a large company. You go into the store and they advertise with posters and a pickup station to order online to save time but you can't actually do so. Went in yesterday, they would not honor online deals. Placed an order which cost a lot more than it should have and it took them over 10 minutes to prepare it.

Asked for a chicken burger, it’s 10$ where as the combo is 11.50. Okay, I’ll get the combo. Get my drink, or their ice machine is broken. This is warm, can I get a bottle of water or something from the fridge”? Nope, that’s extra! Fix you ice machine, or rotate and offer cold bottled beverages. Management can’t even run a fast food joint in a mall.
Disgusting. On arrival my initial reaction was “do I want to eat here” the Front counter needed a good cleaning. Ordering was a challenge- 2 x 3pc meals 3 pieces of chicken, fries and a drink. Seemed simple enough, but the person behind the counter couldn’t quite get his head around it. No sooner than the order was in, out came the 2 meals which consisted of 3 pieces of dried up over cooked chicken, Luke warm fries and a drink that was warmer than the fries. Complete failure. My rating of 1 is quite generous.
10 minutes to take 1 order 7 minutes talking I don’t know what was the topic but it wasn’t the food, I asked politely that can you put some plant based patties to fry as i want plant based sandwiches and it takes time but no reply just a stare. Come on man frustrating, you want to talk, talk when you have no customer.
Poor customer service, waited for a couple of minutes the attendant looked at me and no one said a word just ignored and continued cleaning
