Waited 25 mins for a mobile order that ended up sitting in the warmer or out back for 15 mins of that wait so my fries were soggy and my wraps were awful. Not to mention the girl working the front counter was rude and dismissive she kept walking away despite there being customers that needed things like forks/sauces/drinks. When I asked her where my order was she rolled her eyes at me. Can safely say I won’t be ordering from there again, wasted my whole lunch break on that order Edit *the manager was wonderful dealing with this situation and when I decided to give the restaurant another chance they were absolutely wonderful

Overall chicken was good but the Tenders were overcooked and a hard dark brown. Not the usual fresh soft texture perfectly cooked ones we always have. We ate them just because we paid for them.

I usually love my experience at this location but during the last month I've been noticing that the cashier they have on in the morning is incredibly rude.
There's been multiple incidents that I've been waiting in line, and she's just arguing with customers over nothing. I don't understand why she's even a cashier when she has such an Attitude. Put her on the line, not at the front.
I'll come back to this location when she's not working at the front.

The service was pretty good when I interacted with the server, the cashier need to brush up on her customer service, it would be nice if you get a pleasant welcome and when some one says thank you twice, you should acknowledge the customer service. I am quite disappointed with my order, the pieces I got was nothing like what we are use to, judging from the picture you tell me was it worth the price or did it look appealing?

Attempted to get a quick bite on Sat at approximately 2pm. Huge line of people waiting for orders, my daughter wanted taco bell so we placed our order. We were given 2 Luke warm drinks without ice and they were out of ice tea. We were order 44 and after 15 minutes of waiting they were only on 26. Ended up cancelling order and getting a refund as wait time would have exceeded 30 minutes for 2 combos. This is supposed to be fast food a 30 minute wait time is not acceptable. Staff have no general direction and don't care about quality of service. Crazy to think this is acceptable from the owner/staff perspective.
