Overall chicken was good but the Tenders were overcooked and a hard dark brown.
Not the usual fresh soft texture perfectly cooked ones we always have.
We ate them just because we paid for them.

The service was pretty good when I interacted with the server, the cashier need to brush up on her customer service, it would be nice if you get a pleasant welcome and when some one says thank you twice, you should acknowledge the customer service. I am quite disappointed with my order, the pieces I got was nothing like what we are use to, judging from the picture you tell me was it worth the price or did it look appealing?

Chicken served is usually sub par quality. I recently ordered a 16-pc bucket meal. Got home and checked the chicken, but there were only 10 pieces. Called the store, crew I spoke with said he remembers me (of course, you guys know what you did to my order), and said they will add 2 more pieces when I return to pick up the 6 pieces that they intentionally left out in my order.
