worst location ever. I am just 6 minutes from this restaurant. yet they took more than 2 hours for delivery. Why take orders if you cant deliver? My kids didn't eat tonight because of irresponsible KFC. Shame on you.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. I ordered through the KFC app because there was a promo that if you spend $15, you get a 6-piece bucket for free. I ordered pøpcorn chicken and several other items for my daughter's birthday, but when the order arrived, everything was there except the popcorn chicken - one of the main things we wanted.
It was frustrating and honestly embarrassing, especially because it was for a special occasion. If KFC is going to offer promotions and take orders, the least they could do is make sure the order is complete. Not impressed at all. Definitely reconsidering ordering from this KFC again.

Extremely poor service at KFC
I ordered 10 hot wings for $10, and when I went to collect them, the staff told me they didn’t have any hot wings and would have to refund my order. The person at the counter (no name badge, unfortunately) didn’t bother to apologize — just said, “We’ll have to refund you.”
Then, to make it worse, he said they couldn’t process the refund right away because they were “too busy.” Seriously? I’m supposed to just wait around in line for a refund for something they couldn’t even fulfill? Completely unacceptable and very rude attitude.
KFC really needs to train their staff on basic customer service and communication. Ridiculous experience — won’t be visiting this location again

Why are you working if you’re so miserable, like why does a customer have to wait 30 minutes and remind you of the order, that too for a freaking Box Meal?

The worst experience the staff is not at all helpful ,I had placed an order and they they made me to wait for 1 hour with out any response and the meat is so salty.

We ordered online and then we call to ask if they serve spicy chicken, the person who answered the call was do rude and he just hang up the call. What kind of service is that? And there’s a missing order, we called them and they pick it up, when we’re asking them if they gonna refund the money for that or not they just suddenly hung up on me.

This place is shabby with hardly anyone visiting. We are frequent customer of KFC however at this place we had the most horrible experience shook our loyalty especially my kids. Food delivery took every add was cold and when we reported it was heated and given back and when we requested for fresh then manager had to come to help us. We had 2 online orders and they completely forget to prepare that and when we inquired then only they noticed or second order. This place was small deserted and washrooms were kept closed until you request to open. No one at the register as all staff were in kitchen chatting. Well it was an interesting surprising experience for us and kids. We would prefer to go to any grocery store and buy something better than visiting this KFC again.
