Very disappointed with the poor customer service at KFC in this location. I requested a simple sauce change after ordering, but the staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing even a basic substitution or cancellation. I went to the store hoping for better service, only to be dismissed again and handed a cash refund without acknowledgment. After 10+ years as a loyal customer, I felt disrespected and ignored. I won’t be ordering from KFC again, and I’m sharing this experience so others know how returning customers can be treated.

This is so much oil in the box and all chicken is covered with oil couldn’t eat more than 1 chicken piece. Even box were dripping with oil. It looks like they put chicken directly to the box from oil. I wasted money ! I ordered 13-04-2025 mobile order.

The girl at front cash with braces blonde. Is ignorant and rude. Doesn’t know how to do her job properly, she rang in my order improperly. When asked to fix it she gives attitude and looks at you like you have 10 heads. Terrible service.

The "food" arrived in a single bag, inside contained 1 BBQ sauce dip, packet of ketchup, and a single box with 2 individual sized fries inside.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken, received 5. Was supposed to receive 3 dipping sauce received 2. Took a piece of chicken out and there was a Kingsey cheese wrapper under my chicken (garbage) from making someone else's poutine. Called in and they were too busy to put me through to a manager and said to come back in to get the missing piece of chicken. Was promised a call back from a manager and never happened.

Ordered Original recipe chicken and tenders. The Chicken was soaked with ton of oil and was soggy. I had to use several Napkins for each piece chicken to dry out oil. Chicken tenders were too salty and inedible because of it. Dear KFC, You are serving Human beings! not animals! Dipping in hot oil before serving chicken and adding too much salt will never make chicken more tastier. Train your employees properly before someone dies of heart attack from all the oil and Salt from your chicken.
