The BEST veggie burgers around. Served up warm & fresh. Good portion size; the burger & chips+queso side easily fills me up. Absolutely delicious Smash Sauce (I think that’s what totally sets it apart from other veggie burgers). My boyfriend raves about these burgers to his meat-eating friends- he says it tastes just like a normal burger. Love how they have a special burger each week, and play around with a range of flavours. I definitely miss my Lemon Dogs during the winter when it’s closed. I wonder if they would do a pop up at Alderney Market or something of the likes… that could get us through the winter! Vibes are super chill on the patio & dogs are welcome!

Yummy burgers that weren't too greasy/salty, nice park to walk around after eating. Definitely will be back!

Me and my girlfriend tried Lemon Dogs for the first time, months ago. My gf is a vegetarian and wanted to give the burgers a try, since this place is vegetarian/vegan based. I will be honest, I didn't think that I would like a veggie burger (big lover of meat over here) but wanted to try for her.So, my gf ordered the Vegetarian Smash Burger and I ordered the TBLT Burger (sides: carrots w/ dairy free dip & chips w/queso). Boy oh boy, were we in for an amazing surprise!After I took the first bite of mine, I was so shocked that the patty wasn’t meat. I’m actually still mind blown that meatless burgers can taste so freaking great! It was and still is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My gf absolutely loved hers as well and we both agreed that the flavour combinations are fantastic.The TBLT: Impossible patty on a buttery, toasted sesame bun with marinated smoked tofu bacon, tomato, shrettuce, "bacon" bits and smokey pepper mayo. — The smoked tofu and Smokey pepper mayo really help to bring all of the flavours together!Vegetarian Smash: Impossible patty on a buttery toasted sesame bun with american cheese, pickles, white onion, shrettuce and house smashsauce.— This has become one of my gf’s go to’s!Since the first time we experienced Lemon Dogs, we’ve gone back many more times and have never been disappointed. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is over the top excellent, and the atmosphere is great! They also do weekend specials which I think is amazing because it allows customers to try many different burgers that are not always featured on the regular menu.On their 10th birthday celebration weekend they featured their Nashville Hot Mushroom Sandwich and OMG it was out of this world!! I still think about it lol.They also have delicious drinks including their fresh pressed fizzy lemonades which are my favourite. They even make their own handmade freebies and popsicles!If you ever want to try some awesome burgers, or are someone who is looking for great vegetarian/vegan options; THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!Bonus: Its also located at the beautiful Shubie Park. So, it’s a great way to end your walk or time adventuring in the kayaks.

I personally didn't enjoy it. My lemonade tasted like someone gave a squirt of lemon extract to a glass of water. Not sweet, not sour just bland. I didn't know that it was possible to mess up lemonade. The staff were nice and very friendly

Visited Halifax from Toronto, where there is an abundance of vegetarian and vegan restaurants, however this is by far the best vegetarian burger I've ever had. The raspberry lemonade float was also delicious!! They were also serving a vegan cake for their 10th birthday and I'm not really sure how they made the butter cream but it was amazing ?.

Girlfriend and I stopped in around the afternoon on Sunday. We got two popsicles, and the strawberry hibiscus is the winner. It tastes like a fresh valley strawberry jam, made into a frozen treat. The place specializes in vegan food, but I'm willing to give some other items a try and support this little business. The girl at the counter is very friendly. It's a welcoming place.
