When ordering through the app, if I select a time like 6:30 PM and choose the “ASAP” option, the system estimates a ready time (e.g., 6:58 PM) and doesn’t actually send the order to the kitchen until just before that time (e.g., 6:50 PM). This creates unnecessary delays.
Suggestion: Make “ASAP” truly mean “as soon as possible” — send the order to the kitchen right away rather than holding it until the estimated ready time.“
