I like their pizza but recently the quality of the food is not as good as before. I also doubt the control of keeping it safe and clean as they get the cash, do the payment and hold the pizza with their hands!

It’s a little Caesar’s. It’s run exactly how you would want. The classics are almost always hot and ready and when you order ahead they’re quick to get your food ready and placed in the warmer. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s pretty much always been the same.

When ordering through the app, if I select a time like 6:30 PM and choose the “ASAP” option, the system estimates a ready time (e.g., 6:58 PM) and doesn’t actually send the order to the kitchen until just before that time (e.g., 6:50 PM). This creates unnecessary delays.
Suggestion: Make “ASAP” truly mean “as soon as possible” — send the order to the kitchen...
