October 25, 2025 A 2 item plate with a bottle of water..$19.95. I had noodles, sweet and sour pork with honey garlic chicken. 3 separate items. Each one was a different level of yuck. None of them tasted good… or right. I haven’t had a decent Manchu Wok experience since the Penhorn Mall location closed. The Mic Mac location has been consistently bad. They staff are great.. they’re all very friendly and quite professional - but that product, though.. 🤦♂️ not good. ** edit.. response received from owner ( see below ). I sent an email, as directed on October 29. Today is November 11 - nil reply. Nil action.

Worst experience ever at Manchu Wok on november 5/ 2025. I ordered noodles, honey garlic chicken and orange chicken and the food tasted terrible. As soon as I took a few bites, I could feel some weird oily/greasy stuff in my throat so I stopped eating right away.When I got home, I threw up and my throat started hurting badly. I took a Tylenol thinking I would be fine by morning — but the next day I couldn’t even talk properly. My throat felt completely blocked. It’s been 3 days now and I still can’t speak normally, I’m only surviving on liquids because of the pain. The food quality was disgusting, the chicken wasn’t even chewable. PLEASE do not go to Manchu Wok. This kind of dirty, low-quality food can literally mess up your health.

Today at 11:30 at Mic Mac Mall: I usually enjoy the Noodles and Mongolian Beef. However today the beef in the Mongolian was very chewy and tough so I won’t get that anymore, since they are using “cheaper” meat. I got take-out and I get the fact the food would be cold, but it only takes me 10 mins to get home. Also, the girls need to speak up so they can be heard better. It wasn’t that noisy, and my hearing is fine.

The food barely warm. Rice is a soggy mush.

My partner and I went here and we've had great meals from here in the past but this time was Terrible. I got chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, sweet and sour pork , beef and veggies and rice with an egg roll It was terrible the pork, chicken and egg rolls where soggy it tasted like it was microwaved the rice was mushy and the beef and veggies where cold and had some sour like smell coming from them. My partner got the Kung pao chicken, honey garlic chicken , sweet and sour pork egg roll and noodles
Both chickens , pork and egg rolls were soggy also tasted like it could of been microwaved, the noodles where dry and had no flavor .
My stomach didn't feel good after eating it , please avoid if you don't want an upset stomach.
We are very disappointed it cost us almost $50 for our two meals Definitely won't be going here again .

They are consistent, fresh, crispy, flavourful, quick, with variety. I will drive past all the Canadian Chinese food restaurants to get food from the Manchu Wok.
This is food court food do we weren't expecting much and that's what we got. Everything was very salty with not much else for taste even with different sauces. The rice was very mushy and spring rolls were inedible. The vegetables in the mixed veggies and beef and broccoli were fresh and crunchy but were ruined by the salty sauces.

I came here a few years ago and the food was terrible I should have learned from my mistakes Food WAY too salty. Food got cold in under 5 minutes. The egg roll taste like the ones you put in the oven and the wontons tasted like greasy old oil, the rice was mushy and the honey garlic chicken taste like it was put in the microwave, the noodles were way to salty and freezing cold, pop watered down . my stomach also hurts DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could give it zero stars trust me I definitely would.

Ordered through Uber Eats around lunch time. Was not good. Ordered beef and broccoli with rice and also chicken balls. The rice was mushy and inedible, the broccoli was alright but most was old and discolored (not because of the sauce), the meat was very mushy. It was a short drive for the driver and he had it in one of their lined bags and the food was very cold. The chicken balls were super hard and overcooked. Took some effort to spear with a fork. Had a couple bites and one chicken ball as I was hungry but threw the rest out. First time eating here and unfortunately will be my last.
