The food was delicious and made fresh to serve. The service was very good, greeted when walking up to the counter. Service was very quick. The restaurant was clean.The price of the food is what stops it from getting 5 stars. Which to be fair is not this specific location's fault as they do not set the prices. If you have not tried Mary Brown's what are you waiting for!

Sadly one of the lesser experiences of Mary browns!! Staff was excellent but our beautiful Big Mary’s both had quite stale buns on them instead of their usually soft deliciousness. Understand they can’t always be perfect but still a bummer! Hopefully next time is better

Ordered 2 Big Mary’s (no combo or drinks) and a popcorn chicken combo. Sandwiches were sad little things not at all like they used to be. Very small and thin with hardly any sauce on the supposedly spicy one.Total was $42!! We’ll be spending our money elsewhere for that price.

Love their chicken burgers there big and tasty. Not very comfy for eating in! Atmosphere is like eating in an empty building. You can purchase the sauce. My wife likes to dip her taters in it.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have accessibility ♿️
The idea of local and fresh food is perfect! But... It was the worst fried potato's, that we've tried in Canada... Unfortunately... And big Mary burger wasn't tasty. Chicken crisp twist was missing something.... Only the chocolate caramel dessert was good!I'm not working in food field, I'm just a customer, but from this point of view, there should be more than just the idea. The food, even fast food, should be tasty! And safe. For everyone.Thanks.

Always loved coming here, but the guy behind the counter tried to up charge me $5 for all dark meat. I’ve ordered at this location several times before and have eaten at many others, never been up charged.I won’t be returning to any Mary Brown’s locations after that.

Got home opened my food and so disgusted!Called told my issue and just left me on hold until I hung up.Anytime I have an issue its this location the cole harbor location always fresh and perfect food.This location will never get another cent from me!
