Lazy mcdonalds long story short. Lack of attention to detail and generally poorly managed. Staff are poorly trained while management are basically unreachable. 50% of all orders i get are wrong. It has always been bad but somehow it is even worse

I visited this McDonald's and was disappointed with the service from one of the staff members. They seemed unfamiliar with customer service standards. Hopefully, the management can provide additional training to improve the overall experience

A pictures tell a thousands words. This is my big Mac, why would you ever build it with ketchup. Wish I noticed this before I left the drive through cause this wa disgusting.

Can’t stop and use the washroom unless you purchase something. pathetic never been to a mcdonald’s with no washroom for the public in my 22 years of life. imagine a pregnant woman is driving and instantly has to use the washroom she pulls over and HAS to purchase something before releasing herself. Can we stop acting like using a washroom is a privilege? i understand this was put in place to keep homeless away from your restaurants. which is ridiculous. let’s take away the one option for people who sleep on the streets to relieve themselves and get warmed up for a couple of mins and then make it required for them to make a purchase. Do better.

The big thing is that Macd sell Mac veggie which just have name of veg, not a pure veg because it is made or fried in fish oil. Not for pure veg person.
Coming from working in the food industry, I understand being short staffed. That being said, if an establishment can not function efficiently with the number of staff they have, close areas down. Drive-thru was backed up, every table in the eating area was dirty, dine-in waiting time was extremely long and the mangers did not seem to notice any of this or care. Coffee was wrongly made and burnt, breakfast sandwiches looked like they were hastily put together. Again, I understand being short staffed, but ten measures need to be taken to accommodate this.
