Rude staff, ruder manager. They Messed up the order, then took it out of me with sarcastic & snarkiness when I pointed out the error & asked it to be corrected. By then, food is stone cold. 20 mins in the drive thru by the end of it (15 mins of it idling).

Never answers their costumers. I always have to wait 10 minutes at the front counter waiting for someone to answer. The manager is talking up a storm and they look at me waiting for them to take my order, and still doesn’t pay attention.

The food is exactly what you expect, but the service and atmosphere of this location are severely lacking. The renovations made it look like an unfinished warehouse inside. The staff couldn't look less impressed or more annoyed to be serving you.

I ordered on drive through on 24th September around 2:10 am. The girl who took the order was not following the basic manners like saying hi or thanks on the speaker and she was so rude to me at the window. I think they are not trained for customer service
This is one of the most spacious locations that I’ve come across and it’s situated in the middle of Dartmouth. While the demographic that dined here seemed to be lower income, the staff did a good job of being accommodating.
The order came quickly and the visit was especially pleasant as we stumbled upon their kids activity night that’s Wednesdays 4-7pm weekly. The location seems like it could fit a kids playground but perhaps that was in the past!

Ordered tonight on SkipTheDishes. The order took 2 and a half HOURS to be finished. It was a very by the book and simple order. The only reason I didn't cancel the order was because at a point I was curious if they just completely lost my order or what would show up when it finally got to me.
After the long wait I got it and took a look. I was sort of expecting something extra as a sorry for the long wait sort of thing. Instead they forgot an item.
