If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The manager was rude and unprofessional during my visit last night and spoke disrespectfully to both customers and staff. The experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location last night. The manager was unprofessional and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I felt that I was treated unfairly after having difficulty understanding her due to a language barrier.

Additionally, I observed the manager speaking rudely to her own staff during my visit, which created an uncomfortable environment for both customers and employees. The overall atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming.

Customer service and respectful communication are essential in any workplace, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable standards. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The manager was rude and used language that was offensive and inappropriate. I was treated disrespectfully because I had trouble understanding her accent, which turned into an uncomfortable and humiliating situation. No customer should be treated this way. Management seriously needs to address this.

Placed my order for curbside pick up. Waited almost 15 minutes for it to come out and my order wasn’t correct went back to let them know. The three issues with my order gave me the correct merchandise but while trying to explain the issues, the guy at the drive-through wouldn’t let me get a word in wise kept cutting me off then after I asked him to stop talking and let me speak to tell them the issue, he said please pull up to the window, pulled up to the window. Explain what was wrong with the order. Then when they gave it back, the pop wasn’t full picked up the spoon for the dairy treat and also the condiments that we’re supposed to be in the bag all stuffed that was written on the bag that should’ve been done. No apologies. No nothing just handed it to me and said see ya horrible service. I will not return to this establishment.

The ketchup dispenser has flies in it.. actively breeding in the ketchup…. The tables are all wet and floor is sticky…. I’m not one to complain but it was DISGUSTING in that McDonald’s. If I had seen the ketchup before I paid I would have not eaten here.

I visited McDonald’s on August 23, 2025, around 5:30 PM. I ordered two Junior Chickens and two drinks. The staff member at the payment window was excellent—very polite and professional. However, when I went to the next window to collect my food, the experience was disappointing. I greeted the staff member with “hello,” but he did not respond. After receiving my order, I also said “thank you,” and again, there was no acknowledgment.
Customer service is an important part of the dining experience, and a simple response goes a long way. I hope the management addresses this to ensure consistent and respectful service at all windows.

Rarely gets the order correct when I go through drive thru or through uber. Call to complain and management does not care. Blames it on Uber but then I explained the receipt was correct, the food in the bag did not match the receipt. They have nothing to say. So frustrating!!!!

this used to be our McDonalds of choice but it has really gone downhill over the last year or so. Yesterday ordered a cone, an oreo cheesecake McFlurry and a chocolate McFlurry in the drivethru.Got to the window and was handed 2 identical McFlurrys that were both Oreo, I mentioned to the guy that one was suppose to be Chocolate Cheesecake and he said that he would remake it. He handed it back and it looked like he just added chocolate and remixed it so I confirmed that this did not have the oreo in it and he confirmed. I said that it looked like there was still oreo in it and he said no, it was cookie crumble that goes in the chocolate one and that he remade it. It did have oreo in it and he lied right to my face!!! The chocolate cheesecake is listed as having just sauce and cheesecake pieces. The person that this was for specifically did not want oreo which is why I even checked. What if there were an allergy?? called and let them know and the guy that answered asked me to come back for a new one right then or the next day, when I said that I was too far away and I could not he took my address (didn't even ask for a last name lol) and said they will send coupons. Will stick to DQ for ice cream.

If You want to see the cleaning you have to go in delivery pick up side so many mosquitoes 🦟 on the wall 🤮🤮you have to focus on cleaning.
