Lit place to charge your phone wit fresh ice coffee, and watch a random do a pile of ket off the table, stumble around on wobbly legs and bust out the emergency door. Literally 100% chill and the only problem is ketchup on the floors 10/10. Oh they ice cream machine works too!

Awful, my son tried the breakfast wrap, and the sausage was rubbery, the egg wasn't cooked and there was no sauce, unfortunately we grabbed our breakfast and left and we're in halifax when he started eating or I would've went back .. McDonald's has just gone down in quality so much it's pathetic.

Is my dinner a joke to you guys, nice to know you consistently mess up simple orders printed on paper, making Big Macs with split in half burgers that fall apart when eating it you guys are a joke of a franchise compared to others in the area. I live and work within 400m of this McDonald’s and it mcsucks!!

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at this establishment. After an employee closed the window in my face when I pointed out an error in my order, things only got worse. He insisted on reaching into my bag without my permission to check if the fries had salt, which was completely unacceptable. When I refused, he shut the window on us.
We knocked to get his attention and simply asked for a bag, but he continued to ignore us, handing us everything but what we needed. Frustrated, we called for a manager. Unfortunately, Raj, the manager, proved to be even more disappointing. When we explained the situation, he suggested we had annoyed the employee by asking questions. His dismissive attitude and constant interruptions were infuriating.
To top it off, he had a few of his staff watching the interaction, making the whole experience feel humiliating. When we asked for his name, he responded condescendingly, “It’s right here on my arm.” This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I won’t be returning.

Going into a restaurant to sit down to eat, ordering eat-in, and then just getting handed a bag instead of a tray is pretty common since covid but it is frankly rude and unacceptable. Nobody wants to sit at a table with no tray
