Me and my friend came for dine in, near clock 4 PM one Indian girl take my order she was very rude when we giving the order that time she take my small order after she leave and call to the other guy taking my order he is also not good behaviour with us when we take order we watch this girl she is on aa call i think is not for customer because when the customer give the order to servent his first protery of customer we never come back this McDonald do to this cheap behaviour

What a horrible service,not a single person to take orders on drive thru
Tonight I ventured off to the Portland Street McDonalds and ordered my usual of a big lettuce burger (lettuce bun, lettuce patty, lettuce instead of pickles). I recieved my burger to find that they had kept the patties in the burger, and added not nearly enough lettuce. I entered back into the building and asked for more lettuce, in which they responded by giving me a ludicrous amount most likely through hate and anger. I rolled back through the drive thru and inquired about making a return in which the wicked lady on the speaker instructed me to pull up to the window. When attempting to hand in my sandwich to return it, a plus sized lady with a piercingly evil glare rudely declined my return and did not say goodnight to me. She told me if i ever returned to the location the workers would chain me to the wall and stone me to death with frozen burger patties. I have left this experience feeling dejected, mistreated, fearful for my life and most importantly still hungry. Worst mcdonalds ever.
