A employee, I think Amber was her name behaved so rudely. I went to pick a Delivery & I asked her politely that how much time it gonna take. And she rudely said you can cancel if you want, I'll have another driver to pick. Was that the answer of my question? If you hire people, give them some manners to talk too.

they forgot our drink, and sauce even our four cookies. we called said there was nothing they can do. even when i go there the service sucks. i called back for help on what to do. they wouldn’t find any topic or situation to help me. just hi g up on me

The food? Well, it's McDonalds. It is what it was supposed to be. Sort of, the order was complete.
I used the drive through, got my meal, drove home, and then realized they didn't give me the kid meal. So I called them. First I got an standard apology, and although I was still fuming (mostly because of a long day) I was assured they will make it right, I just have to come back. I was told I can have the meal and a refund.
When my spouse arrived to get the meal, they changed it to either the meal, or a refund as they "checked the camera" and it is "not their fault I drove away".
Ah! You got me. My evil "drive away" scheme has been folded by a clever young manager with access to the stores camera! I would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for you!
Obviously, that's not the case. I don't know how to tell you this, but people don't go to McDonalds for the 'amazing meal' and the gourmet McNuggets. We go there because we are in a hurry, we had a long day and we're short on time, and that's why we pay YOU to get the order right, and hand it to us; hence the "drive through" experience. So this entire event ended being a 45 minute ordeal, with gas and time wasted so that my kid and I could get a quick bite after soccer practice. It was simply one of those days that I couldn't get a home cooked meal ready. But hey, that's why we have these services right?
Now I know mistakes are made, we're all human. But to put the blame on the customer for driving away is just insulting. Of course I drove away; you handed me the drinks, the bag, I said thank you, and the girl appeared to be done with me. Nobody said, or insinuated: "hold on please". I just figured the McNuggets are in the bag.
So after my spouse arrived, they decided to go back on the "free mc nuggets". My spouse decided on a refund.
At this point, after many second chances, I will be certain to not consider this location unless I want to waste my time and argue over $6, or just accept my incomplete meal and be frustrated. And it's not about the $6 dollars. It's about the 45 minutes of lost time, and the insulting customer service.
Truly this is my fault for knowingly and willingly attending this location. But this was the last time that happened, I don't need this.

Hi there i am a delivery driver we have to wait almost an hour to get a 6 dollar order in the night drive through, which is not even worthy, i am requesting to the owner of this McDonald's, please help us, so we can make atleast some money please
Food is good. The service was surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is cozy and very relaxing.

My wife and I stopped in for ice cream sundaes at 5:50 on todays date, October 4th. As soon as we entered we noticed that the garbage cans were over flowing and even garbage was stacked up on to of the garbage bins. Most of the tables were not cleaned with visible food items and food containers left on the tables. the floor was scattered with french fries and very unclean. When waiting for my order and staring at the garbage I mentioned to the employee behind the counter that "the cleaner must be off tonight" he just laughed and said I guess so. There was approximately 15 people in the restaurant and no one ordering food or waiting for food other than myself. The employee at the counter stood there continually muttered something to him self and made no effort to attempt to clean the garbage or mention it to someone to have it cleaned. In todays age unfortunately much more service and attention is given to people in the drive though than people who actually get out of their cars and walk into the restaurant. MacDonald use to be a pleasure to eat but not in this case it was disgusting and unpleasant.
