I am not sure the ladies name with the red hair in the drive-through, but she is an absolute delight. I was having a bad day and came through McDonald’s to get food for my daughter and her personality was nothing short of top-tier.. She a gem and I hope she recognized by management for her incredible customer service!
Just went there to get some supper after work. They made me wait for my meal and when I got home they did not give me the nuggets to my meal. Always the slowest location.

Got deliverey the other day, waited 54 minutes... The poor dasher waited 35 for them to prepare the order. Then was missing my cheese burger combo

Food is fine as all McDonald's are. The big issue with this location is trying to get out of the parking lot. If you are in a rush to leave this location do not go at peak times.

Stopped in for lunch with my son today. This location was easily the filthiest McD I've ever been to. ALL the tables were disgustingly dirty, as well as the floor. I had to ask a young lady to please clean one table for us. She did, but left all the tables and stools litterally dripping with cleaning fluid (we had to wipe with napkins). BTW, if there was a manager on duty, that person is unable/unwilling to lead a team.

The service today was horrible!! It appeared the only concern for the staff was to take care of the drive thru window!!! Meanwhile, 5 people were inside waiting for service. We were totally ignored. Absolutely disgusting!!

I ordered an egg & bacon mcmuffin combo. It took them a long time to make the hashbrown and when they brought it out to me, it was cold and the mcmuffin was cold and wrong! I also got the wrong sandwich, I got an egg & ham mcmuffin, when I irdered an egg & bacon. I called the store, the worker who answered, said nothing, I asked to speak to the manager and they hung up. This is the first time I've been to McDonald's in over a year....yeah... I won't be going back again. They suck! 😡

I come to this McDonald’s location twice a day, Monday to Friday, because I work in the area — but after last week, that’s over.
I ordered two Junior Chicken sandwiches and, as I’ve done countless times before, asked for a Habanero dipping sauce at the window. This time, the employee abruptly told me I’d have to pay for it. I explained that I always get one and have never been charged. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she called over a manager who could barely get out, in broken English, “not on my shift.”
To make matters worse, this particular employee never wears her mask properly — a repeated issue that no one seems to care about.
McDonald’s already has a reputation for making their staff act like condiments come out of their own pay cheques, but being denied a single sauce by someone who clearly has never been denied a morsel of food in their life? That’s a new low.
I said fine, I’d just go somewhere else from now on. Her response? A smug “that’s fine.”
Message received.
McDonald’s, if this is the standard you’re okay with, congratulations — you’ve lost a daily customer.

I went through the drive thru tonight and I'm not sure the employees name but she provided excellent customer service! She was very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed! I find it's rare for drive thru staff to be friendly these days and her positive energy really brightened my night!

Rude staff, never give all stuff in one time. I ordered a full meal in the night time. Grab it and then head to work. On my way I noticed it was not a full meal than I drove back and asked for the rest of the stuff. They argued first and then later gave me my things. Also still didn’t gave ketchup this time as well. Very bad service

Genuinely the worst McDonald’s in Nova Scotia. The staff here are consistently rude and unprofessional, and they almost always get my order wrong. On my last visit, I pointed out that they forgot to give me the apple pie I had ordered (and was charged for, as shown on my receipt). Instead of simply correcting the mistake, they argued with me at the drive-thru window for several minutes, over a $1.49 apple pie that I never received!
