I’ve been several times over a few years, and consistently the worst McDonald’s location I’ve visited in Canada. I have to assume it’s a chronic labour shortage problem. I wish them the best in sorting that out!

Our full order was a disaster. fries and hash bites were cold with an unpleasant oily taste, burger didn’t tasted right. Not the usual McDonald’s experience

Generally very slow service, and every-other order is wrong. Today's breakfast bagel took 25 minutes in the drive through.

Tried my luck a second time. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told my order was no longer available at the front window.

Just go to the Tim's down the street

Every time I visit this location the wait time is terrible. Today however, it was almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window my tea was wrong, they get me the correct tea and say have a great day… I still didn’t have my food. We laughed and the she gave it to me. They forgot the milk drink and and when I finally got to drink my tea there was no sugar even though the receipt shows it was 2 milk and 2 sugar. This is not what we should expect from MacDonald’s.

The staff at this restaurant are inept. I ordered hot cakes and bacon via the kiosk for take out. While waiting for my order 2 different customers, that were dining in, brought back food that was prepared incorrectly. When I arrived home and gave the meal to my daughter ther was no bacon in the order. I filled out the survey and requested to be contacted regarding my experience. Nobody from the restaurant bothered to contact me. I will NOT return to this location!!

This location has become unbelievably careless. Orders come wrong, incomplete, or cold almost every single time. It’s clear there is zero attention to detail and no quality control whatsoever. McDonald’s used to stand for consistency — now it feels like accuracy is no longer a priority here. Deeply frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Outside garbage cans overflowing, bags all over parking lot blowing all over the place is not a good look at 7:30am. Do better McDonald's!
