The owners should be ashamed. They have the staff run absolutely ragged. 100 different ways to order and not enough staff to keep up. Manager on the verge of a mental breakdown. A week before Christmas in a large shopping district. All these bad reviews blame the owners not the staff.

A group of us ordered our food at 1:15. We didn’t receive our food until 1:53. The service was incredibly slow, they were not apologetic about it at all. We asked for help 2 separate times and each time they did nothing for us. The food was cold by the time we got it. The counter had no one working it. I understand it was busy but it could have been easily avoided if they did things correctly and efficiently.

My wife and I have been going to McDonalds in Dartmouth Crossing for years, ever since it first opened.
We noticed a downward slide in service and cleanliness the past year or so.
When we were there yesterday, Dec 14th, the tables and floors were filthy, and all the garbage bins were overflowing.
A female employee sitting at a table next to us left a pig’s mess on the table when she left.
We will not be coming back.

On Dec 9th at 9:15 pm I used this locations drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me it still took 20min for my order. When I got to the window I used my visa this did not go through then I used my debit this did not go through on both tries the clerk did not produce the decline report I paid cash and went home. Both visa and debit were charged. We drove back to the store

and the shift manager told us the funds were locked but I wouldn't be charged it is now the 14th I was charged and now I have no proof that any of these transactions have happened. Bottom line big Mac meal cost 38 dollars thx McDonald's.

I dont recommend going here over lunch. It’s chaos inside with people waiting a long time for their orders. The drive thru is better option because they can’t overlook your order. And my real complaint is that they don’t have free refills on pop which is just bizarre for a fast food restaurant.

I try to avoid this location, which is sad since it's a convenient location; but the service is always terrible, the wait is always long regardless of time of day, and they ALWAYS mess up my order in some way then act like they're going above and beyond for fixing their own error. I find management to be rude & confrontational...which fine, if you're dealing with nasty people all day. But to be like that to everyone is a bit much, especially when someone is being polite & just wants their correct order. I don't expect perfection because people aren't robots, I just want what I've paid for.
