Service at this location is horrid. Ordered pickup at 11:50 online to avoid the lunch line. Said 20mins or less. Went to store at 12:30. Lineup to the entry door. Went to the pickup counter, order hadn’t been started. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to make my order. Manager on shift looked like a deer in headlights wandering around when she could have been helping her staff with the rush hour. Got back to work with my order….missing items that were specifically requested on the order slip. Won’t be ordering from here again. Would have been faster to drive to sackville location and back.

Mezzas shawarma has been my favorite. My usual spots are mezza at Lacewood and in HSC. I was driving by and decided to get a wrap from this location. Boy, I regret! The chicken was cold and dry and maybe old? not anything like other locations. I was so nauseated just after having 2 bites of that. Never going back here!

Terrible in store experience. I am a delivery driver. Spoke with staff and let them know i was in store. I watched 10 ppl walk off the street, order fresh, and received food and left. They would not even start the order preparation. When you order from an app, it's a prepaid order, and you pay a premium price, but you will not get your food if even 1 customer is in store, the driver will wait. I'm done collecting deliveries at this location. I suggest you do not order through any 3rd party app. They blatantly state that other orders are being prioritized while I stand there like an idiot, not getting paid. And they all think that's fine, the entire line of 6 cooks. They already have your money, why would they need to produce your order before your lunch break is over? You can't see them they do not care about you

My daughter was married this past weekend in Dartmouth, NS. The day before the wedding, we had a long day setting up the venue and decorating before the rehearsal. Everyone was very tired and hungry afterwards. I am so glad I had pre-ordered a family style Mediterranean dinner for 20 people plus some extra sides. The food was delivered to our AirBNB and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Mezza and especially Komal and her team at the Burnside location. Everything was fantastic!
