Went here today, an employee handled raw chicken and then immediately touched ready to eat food items without changing her gloves.

Was there sept 13th and received exceptional service from a girl named Anchal. She was in the zone Very friendly and attentive. My family run a number of businesses 4 of which are restaurants we have 175 employees and I was very impressed by her service. Great job!!

A nice place for a quick bite!
I had the Falafel wrap, that was really good! The staff was quick at making it, and all the ingredients were fresh.
Dining area is straight forward and bright. I like the story on the wall of how Mezza came to be. Always nice to see an origin story.

Got my order wrong, right before closing so I couldn't fix it. I rarely order food and was really looking forward to my food only to find it was wrong.
I like this location, but sometimes, staffing performance is not consistent.

If there is option for 0 star I definitely give it. This is joke of labanese food. I tried lot of shawarma places but this is worst one I ever had. Food was cold, chicken quantity was less and the chicken was overcooked.

Mezza is becoming very expensive, my wife and I had two small chicken shawarma wraps and it came to $25 (!!). Although they are average wraps, the price is high. Everything is now measured out on a little scale and it seems it’s more about the profit than ever. Unfortunate.
