The service was meh because we made a reservation but they didn’t have it in their system and waiter didn’t bring us the appetizer plates, the atmosphere was great, cozy and elegant, very lovely. 8/10 Will probably come back

My husband and I wanted to check out Milestone’s so we gave it a try last evening.
Nice place, great atmosphere, but the food was mixed.
Ordered sweet chilli chicken bites as an appetizer. The starter was delicious, looked and tasted great but the plates they serve for appetizers are way too small. You can barely fit anything in them and when you try to cut a piece of food, it just falls out of the plate. Not enjoyable to start a meal this way.
When I asked the waitress for a larger plate, pointing at the one that they brought the chicken bites in so that I can eat more comfortably, she told me they don’t have any and brought to the table a huge dinner plate instead. Given the size of the table and the lack of room, it make no sense at all and had to turn it down and be forced to eat in a tiny plate.
For my entree, I ordered filet mignon, it arrived overcooked, could tell before cutting into it. The server said it was made as requested, I cut into it and showed her it was dark and dry, the steak had to go back to the kitchen and wait for a proper one to return.
After an unwelcome waiting period, the new steak came with a side of your choice, asked for mashed potatoes which were not bad but the portion was on the smaller side. The seasonal vegetables of green beans and carrots were overcooked, too soft and limp, no crisp to them.
The filet mignon was delicious, but I wish restaurants would pay attention to the sides in addition to the main dish.

A nice addition to the slightly higher end chain restaurant. The food is excellent quality, served warm and timely. Service was very good, friendly, and was able to give suggestions. The atmosphere is dimly lit, and cozy. I found the prices to be slightly above average, but so was the quality. I will likely go back and try something else.

I made a reservation here on a Friday night. It wasn't overly busy but there were still quite a few tables. The first thing I noticed was the service. The host asked if he could seat me at one of the high tables. I explained that I have to a replacement in both of my knees and I find high chairs and tables extremely hard on my back, hips and knees. Right away with a smile on his face he said no problem and found us a more comfortable place and we ended up in a nice booth.
The service overall was very good here. Our server was around many times to check drinks and make sure everything was good. It's the kind of place where other servers will bring your food so it's not sitting under heat lamps, ensuring you get it quickly. All of the servers who were coming around were really nice.
My friend and I shared the cauliflower bites with the Korean bbq sauce. We liked them. They were crispy, yet saucy and gooey. Tons of flavour. Then we each got the Flambé burger. We were told they light it up at the table. Fun! The burger was messy and good. I had the California salad with mine. It has strawberries, candied pecans, goat cheese and avocado. Really good. I wish there was a little more of it. BUT we were so full after we ate the burger. The burger had cheese and bacon. The bacon was perfect. We both likes the buns. My friend had fries. I snuck a couple and we both liked the seasoning on them. We debated dessert but we were both too full.
I also had one of their famous peach Bellinis. Loved that too.
The atmosphere is cozy and modern. It's really nice. The restaurant is not overly loud. It would be a great date spot. You forget that it's located in a mall. What a great place to relax after a shopping trip.
I'm not huge on chain restaurants but I enjoyed Milestones. Will definitely visit again.
Vegetarian options: They have a plant based menu in addition to their salads and a plant based burger, they also have a plant based menu with vegan options as well. There are also a few fish options for the pescatarian.
Dietary restrictions: They have "gluten-friendly" options. I would recommend double checking with the restaurant regarding their processes to avoid cross contamination. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options.

Amazing. Been waiting for a location to finally open in this province, and my experience has gone beyond expectations.
Out of all the locations I've been to, this one has served the best tasting dishes. The grilled salmon was perfectly grilled and seasoned. The rest of my party also agreed their dish was absolutely delicious.
The waiters were very timely.
I 100% plan to come back.

Me and my girlfriend had a date night so we decided to check Milestone. It’s a very nice restaurant/ bar. The menu is way over priced. I had the fillet mignon and my girlfriend had wagyu beef meatloaf. The steak was bland and gross had no taste, it was tough to cut into which it should have been tender. With the steak I got one little scoop of mashed potatoes with 3 string beans and two carrots. The portion sizes are a joke for the price you’re paying. The wagyu beef meatloaf was bland and gross . The service was ok. 127 dollars plus tip should have just went to the Keg at least we would have enjoyed the meal at least. Won’t be going back

Fantastic service here on my latest visit, the staff were very prompt and inviting, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was fast and put out some amazing meals, the business was very clean and there isn’t really anything negative I can say about this spot. Very surprising truthfully for the area I didn’t expect such a high quality experience and was pleasantly surprised. Very impressed and will be returning with more friends soon! I had a steak sandwich and I had a cheesecake for desert which I absolutely loved. All of my friends enjoyed their meals also. Thank you all!!

Came for late lunch/early supper.
Took almost 5 minutes to get served, wait for food was 30-35 minutes. Portion sizes were very small for the price paid, quality of the food was okay (not bad, but something I could have done at home). Got the BBQ mango jalapeno pork, it was semi overcooked (very dry) pork with what tasted like a store bought sauce poured overtop that didn't have any hint of a jalapeno flavour or hint of spice. Had vegetables on the side, which amounted to like... five green beans and two slices of carrot. Wow.
Not worth the price or wait time for the food quality or portion size. Service is simply adequate at best (servers did what they needed to, but didn't go above and beyond to leave an impression).
Atmosphere is well above average, but is that worth the price and wait? Not really. This would be a one star review if the atmosphere wasn't as nice as it is.
Took several minutes to pay when leaving. Shouldn't be able to sit and chat and write a full review while waiting to be able to pay.
