we met family for lunch and were seated promptly with in 2 minutes our wait staff arrived with menus and took our drink order then food order food came in a reasonable time hot and tasty our server checked on our satisfaction of food and kept drinks full food was very good all around great experience will be returning for sure

I’ve given Montana’s multiple chances, but the experience has consistently been disappointing. On several occasions, parts of my order have been missing — most recently, I ordered four mashed potatoes and four gravies, and once again the gravies were left out. Without them, the sides were basically unusable, and the food went to waste. It’s frustrating to pay full price and not receive what was clearly ordered.
What made one of my previous visits even worse was the behaviour of the staff. I was immediately assumed to be a delivery driver (skip the dishes) simply because of my skin colour. This was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and absolutely not acceptable when their tone was disrespectful. No customer should have to deal with that kind of treatment.
After repeated issues with incorrect orders and an experience that made me feel singled out, I won’t be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both order accuracy and staff training.

Montana’s, Dartmouth Crossings, never fails. Atmosphere is great. Did not take long to get seated. The food was delicious. Our waitress, Brook, was so pleasant and her smile and laughter was infectious. The food did not take long. We had wings, steak and spinach dip. Will be back again on our next trip.
