I’ll admit it, I had no idea there was a coffee shop tucked inside Taz Records until I wandered in after seeing the lineup down the street at Café Good Luck. Turns out people are sleeping on Morleys. Coffee was genuinely great… like, “why-are-more-people-not-talking-about-this” great. Super chill vibe too, with the bonus of browsing records while you wait. Basically, it feels like finding a secret café your cooler friend forgot to tell you about. Highly recommend!

Coffee was good and lots of records to choose from. The place is too small though.

Nice place to go with friends, cool atmosphere and perfect for music lovers. The baked goods are delicious and sometimes even still warm from the oven. Drinks are good as well!

A very cool place, with a great selection. While you're there, be sure to try the vegan Jamaican patties ☺️

Love this spot! Been working in dartmouth for a bit now and have recently started getting my afternoon coffee there. After justa few visits, they knew my order as soon as I walked in the door! Amazing service, GREAT record selection, and great coffee too!

I feel like it can be hard to create a community in such a transient space sometimes, with familiar and strange faces coming in and out of the doors, but somehow, the lovely folks here did it, and I can't help but keep coming back.

One of my favourite places in downtown Dartmouth. First of all, Brendan and his perfect coffees. Second, books!! And last, but certainly not least, a great collection of albums and local characters.

Ten out of ten will come back to Morleys and then go see their lovely friends across the street at renegade!

Nevermind glue's review. What other record store has a cafe, bookstore, and recording studio built in, and a neighborly local staff to add to that? I'll add that if you can't find the record you're looking for, you could always go to Renegade next door, and support both local businesses!

Love heading in for a nice coffee. Super accepting of kids. Usually end up with and impulse record purchase. Super great to deal with for pre orders!
