Totally worst customer service literally. I tough i came at Punjab Fries instead of New york fries. There is no gloves in hand and doing the service.

For $10, it was actually a lot of poutine. Only complaint was the staff. Besides the cashier, they all looked miserable…. ??‍♂️

As I used to work here, I can definitely say that the quality of food being served here at this establishment has gone downhill as the fries are not cooked for nearly long enough as they have no crisp what so ever to them.

EDIT: As per my recent review, the GM has reached out to me and explained how this had happened and corrected the error

Ordered butter chicken poutine and the fries were stale and even the service was not good
The staff there did not even put napkins on the tray and checked extra for the sauce and did not even put enough
Had new york fries in shopping centre and its far better than this one

The fries arent much to write home about, but for the second time they're 30min to close and out of fries when I go to order. Can't buy what they won't sell.

Make 'em at home. At least you won't be as disappointed if you waste the trip.

I went there on Thursday night, I loved the poutine, the amount of toppings was great . Service was really fast and friendly. Definitely coming again.

Hi, today it was 8:35pm and i go there for ordering just a regular fries and i said to her i would like to pay cash and rest on debit. She said sorry we are not accepting cash. I asked her why? She said because i am counting now. I don’t think so it’s a good way to treat with a customer. What somebody can do if he/she only have cash?? Even they still had 25 minutes to close the store. I really would like to talk with a manager or owner of this store, whenever i get chance.
