A couple of times a year....one mushroom makes an appearance....the shy and tasty Chanterelle. It can only be forgaged...and one restaurant in Dartmouth, Oxalis, makes a take home meal worthy of such an auspicious moment. It is called a Boxalis” Dinner Pasta Kit: a cozy, house-made dinner for two that brings the forest to your fork.
