Ordered from their website, showed up to pick it up when it said it would be ready. Receptionist said they "didnt receive the order" I had the confirmation on my phone and my credit card was charged. When the obvious lie that they didn't receive the order didn't work they tried to say that there must have been an error because we ordered a bagel and "their location doesn't offer bagels" ... it's on their menu. At no point did ANY of the staff or manager apologize for the inconvenience once, we asked for compensation and was offered $15 on a $75 order (and we would have to now wait for our food) we declined.

For the most part we enjoyed our breakfast. For me I was disappointed in the amount of hash browns that were on the plate relative to the size of the plate. With the cost of the meal the value just didn't seem to be there. I'm all for recommending others try the place for themselves but I won't be rushing back myself.

Acoustics are bad, need something on the walls to soak the sound up. Hard to talk to friend at 2 seater table.
Super busy spot, didn’t get in and then were forgotten about. We were told that we were going to be put on a waitlist for 25 minutes, and will receive a text when a table for 3 would be available. We never received a message after 4 hours. You can’t tell me that a table for 3 people didn’t become available after 4 hours. Dissapointed.

Found it was very noisy. Had the Big 3, and Waffles with banana and strawberries. Very tasted good, until a small bug crawled out from under my waffle. Waitree was very apologetic and removed from our bill, said they were told to wash the strawberries better.

The food here is delicious!!. Absolutely love their standard black coffee. I've enjoyed the sips of speciality drinks.The service is super fast. I love the convenience of being able to check in and register my table through the website. It's so convenient to get a text when the table is ready and the expected wait times are always VERY accurate!!Every food item I've tasted, I've enjoyed. I especially love their home fries, yummy!!The restaurant is very open with a lot of tables so is quite noisy. My 8 year old REALLY enjoys it here!
