I was looking forward to having a donair for lunch as I haven't had one in years and I saw from the reviews that Panadas was supposed to be good.The donair I was given was incredibly small and deep fried within an inch of its life! it looked absolutely disgusting and it was completely stuck to the foil. I brought it to that attention of the fellow at the cash and he refused to give me my money back. I was offered a store credit, but I live 2 hours away so it was absolutely no use to me. This was very disappointing and extremely poor customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

My Collegue and I were taking the First Aid Course next door and decided to have lunch at Panda Pizza - neither of us had been there before. We asked for a menu and as we ordered told them we only had 30 minutes. We were told it wasn't a problem. I ordered the Donair Dinner, figuring it would be a Donair with a side of fries.
27 minutes later I recieved a container full of fries with some meat and cheese on top - drowning in sauce. We had three minutes to eat and get to our classroom - no apology, no offer to reimburse or switch our order.
By the time I was able to eat it was cold, the fries were dry, and it was utterly unpalatable. I will never go to a Panda Pizza again.

I hate leaving negative reviews... But my friend and I were so disappointed. We ordered nachos and deep fried pepperoni on a Sunday afternoon. We were told it would be 45-60 minutes. No problem! It was almost 2 hours later and the food was completely cold. Half the nachos were missing toppings and the pepperoni was very dry ....
Used to order from them a lot in the past. I won't be ordering again 😔
I get mistakes can happen. We're human, but the owners are aware when their food is going to be delivered later than usual. I also understand if this were a busy Friday or Saturday night but it was a Sunday afternoon...

Must be new owners services very different .....Now people there are very rude.... Called about specials they told me none of their specials were valid and everyone was five dollars more than what showed online..... Then I asked about a special for a chicken pizza and they put somebody on the phone to tell me that they pay $2000 a week for chicken like do I needed to know that When inquiring about specials. I usually go here once a week.And so do many of my friends but needless to say I will not be going anymore.Nor will my friends.People are too rude and they have no social skills..... Good luck with your $8000 a month chicken bill.....
