It took 1hour 25 minutes to deliver within 1km which is insane. Pizza was absurd. Although garlic fingers were fine.

I am a loyal customer of this pizza chain and usually have an excellent experience at other locations. However, this particular branch consistently falls short of expectations. While the taste of the food remains good, the service at this location is very poor and unprofessional.
On one occasion, I placed an order and was told it would be delivered in 45-50 minutes. However, it arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I called to inquire, the staff hung up on me. I informed them that I would refuse to accept the order due to the delay, and shockingly, I was met with highly inappropriate and offensive language from the staff.
I hope the management takes serious action to improve the service at this branch, as it tarnishes the otherwise excellent reputation of the brand.

I order a medium pizza and it was the great pizza I had and I gave a tip to the nice delivery guy
One day I was treated to a piece of delicious pizza at work and I found out the address where they bought it. Came with my wife to buy 12" pizza home for dinner. As a result, my wife and I were treated to pieces of pizza while our order was being prepared. We left full and happy. Thank you wonderful person! Big greetings from your Ukrainian clients. I recommend visiting this place to everyone who read my message.

I went by at midnight last night. I got a slice two pop and mozza sticks. my slice was hard and leather and not even that good. It really pissed me off. The people weren't friendly.

Charged over the price listed on the menu. Went in store and ordered the chicken shawarma plate, listed on their menu screen as $17.99, was charged $20. When I asked about this they said this was the new price. However, their paper menu says $17.99 still, and you can order the same thing on Skip The Dishes for $17.24 ... The food was already expensive for what it was at $17.99, I would have ordered something different had I known. I'm not going bankrupt over this, but if this was an honest mistake by the business, least they coulda done was offer me a free pop or something. Actual food was good, but nothing too special.
