We have ordered from here at least 4 other times and loved everything about it. Food was good and hot and arrived quick. Tonight we ordered Nachos with extra cheese and a lrg garlic finger. They told us on the phone it would be an hr. It took 1 1/2 hrs and the food was cold. The nachos were so over cooked they were stuck tp the paper on the bottom so we couldn't eat half of them. Shame on you guys for the scrappy food and service

Excellent donairs! Delicious pizza sauce 🤤! Really good garlic fingers with Parmesan cheese on it. We checked this place out because of a review by ThreeOversDaily stating the Donair meet is made in house and it is !!! I am so over other restaurants all using Sysco brand Donair meet ...so panada is TOP on my list for getting donairs now. The service was excellent too. The restaurant is decorated for Christmas and looked great. We will absolutely stop in again.

I placed an order and waited over an hour and a half for my delivery. When I called to check on the status, I was met with rudeness and an angry attitude from the staff. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better communication and respectful treatment of customers in the future.

I ordered take out fish and chips which honestly is hard for a delivery order but omg it was awesome and all staff from the wonderful lady that took my order to the delivery driver were fabulous 100% recommendations

Ive been getting pizza slices here when working in the area and I’ve noticed that the crust has just been getting wider and wider .. got a slice today and the crust was at least 2 inches wide.. taking away from the pizza with toppings lol . The pizza is quite good aside from that . Tangy sauce
I had delivery and ordered fish and chips 😡 also a Donair. The battered fish was paper thin and very chewy, you can tell it’s been cooked twice, I took a photo but I don’t think I can add it on here (the fries were good).

No tone of respect from the manager of the store. Preferred not to order from here, it’s better if you order from a different pizza store. Really rude behaviour from the manager, rest of the staff is polite and nice but he feels like he owns the store and can say whatever. Better not to visit here.

I was looking forward to having a donair for lunch as I haven't had one in years and I saw from the reviews that Panadas was supposed to be good.The donair I was given was incredibly small and deep fried within an inch of its life! it looked absolutely disgusting and it was completely stuck to the foil. I brought it to that attention of the fellow at the cash and he refused to give me my money back. I was offered a store credit, but I live 2 hours away so it was absolutely no use to me. This was very disappointing and extremely poor customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
