Ordered a shaqaroni on Uber eats, it says 33.89 plus tax and fees etc so I assume it's a decent pizza for that price. I order it and it comes with the wrong sauce, little pepperoni, and cold. And to top it off it came with a poster on it that said if I called them or went to the store directly I could have paid 19.99 for the same pizza. The store themselves made the pizza 14$ more for online orders just because they could and I am unable to get a refund from the store or Uber regarding the issue. I've canceled my Uber account and will never be ordering from papa johns again as this predatory behavior from the papa johns management. As someone who's worked in the restaurant industry over 10 years. Very shady.

I just placed my order around 9:41pm and the estimated delivery was 55 min. I waited till 11 pm and I didn’t received my order yet. If you are unable to deliver then why there is an option to deliver. For sure the store is closed now. It’s too stupid that i was waiting for my order and it’s not even delivered!!
