I have travelled to Vietnam. Pho Hoang Minh is by far the best pho you can get in HRM. All of the food is really good. The staff are amazing. The lady who runs this place knows all of her customers by name including their orders! Even if they do change their choice from time to time.

I only ate in here once a few years ago but have gotten take-out a couple of times recently. I'm happy with each things I've had, although nothing stood out to be memorable, it satisfied. The sweet & sour chicken had a slightly different flavor than I am used to, but not bad. The spring rolls are bigger and flakier than most, so a bit messy to eat, but definitely seem fresh. I'd go here anytime anyone asked me to, and will probably get more take-out in the future. Seating for probably 30? Usually plenty of parking spaces free in the plaza lot.

This was my go-to pho spot when I lived in Dartmouth. I've since moved away, but was lucky enough to be able to stop in today for Special Beef Pho. Just as i remembered, it's always good, the service is friendly and fast.
