My wife and I stayed at the hotel from February 19th-24th, eating almost exclusively from the hotel restaurant. We had some of the worst service, mostly from a woman named Kamila. She over changed us, was extremely rude and gave me a death glare the entire time we had meals there. Unprofessional at best, and a terrible human being at worst. I hope she gets fired, she really brought down the value of the atmosphere, service and over all experience.

As for the food, your paying a lot for not very much. The lobster rolls were tiny. I was looking forward to Lobster in NS, ended up at the worst hotel for Lobster in the city.

Not recommended. We waited for more than half an hour for our meal, and when we saw that the guests who came after us had already been served, we asked the service staff and were told that the kitchen had not received our order and had not started preparing it. If you want to ruin your happy mood on the weekend, come here to eat.

my partner and i came here on valentine’s day and we were surprised at the quality of food. everything we tasted was great! i got the calamari and my partner got the banook burger! the blueberry pie dessert was extremely tasty, and i was wishing there was more! for a restaurant in a chain hotel i didn’t expect much, but the food was surprisingly good!

Very sad pour she made on my Heineken. Almost half of my glass was foam. Anyways, Niko was nice, had a great time talking to him.

Such great service! Good was delicious. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere due to an intoxicated man bothering other tables, but he was quickly removed from the area so once he was gone all was good!

Vegetarian options: Sooo many good options!! Was delicious and would definitely eat here again should I end up in this area.

I highly recommend this place. The food is fabulous and you get your money worth.I had the best 2 piece Fish & Chips here. Big pieces of fish had just the right amount of batter on them.It was loud but there was a kids birthday party going on.I will be back!!!!

Wow! What a treat it was to have stumbled upon this restaurant by complete accident! This restaurant, although in a hotel, is beautiful and the staff are wonderfully delightful. I wish i got my waiters name, but he was above and beyond. He suggested to try the turkey club and WOW was he ever right about it being amazing. The mussles were seriously no word of a lie, the best mussels myself and my partner have ever had. The burger was honestly just okay, but an okay burger is still a good burger… pretty hard to mess up. Overall, this was an amazing place for our date night and the price was crazy cheap for the quality and taste of the food.

Parking: Its a hotel so the parking is pretty good

Pitch & Pivot has always exceeded my expectations. Their food, and service is absolutely amazing. Roberta specifically has been our server for 2 years in a row during business travels, and she is always so pleasant and welcoming. I am so happy to see her behind the counter, and she is truly a joy to speak with.

Really liked my first two visits on weekday mornings around 7am. Lots of natural light and a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service.Without remembering much detail now, the breakfast bowl was tasty, pretty healthy, very satisfying. The avocado toast was good as well.3rd visit: The Wellness Omelette I tried today (a Sunday at 9am Dec 2023) and was happy with it. It's an egg white omelette, filled with mushrooms, eggplant, and peppers? A sweet potato puree is poured on the side of the plate, and you can dip your fork in that. Served with a side of toast that was a bit burnt, but still edible. Families staying in the hotel made the visit less relaxing, as kids were loudly running around, putting their feet up on their chairs, parents still in pajamas. Of course, this is somewhat expected and not the fault of the hotel. Just that for myself, or anyone else looking for a more tranquil breakfast, stick to weekdays maybe.

Had a business lunch there. The surroundings are bright and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was terrific! She could tell us a lot about every dish and was friendly, professional and helpful. The menu had such great selections that I'm trying to think of other working lunches I can arrange there!

Staying at the Delta Hotel so my first meal that I ate here was a matter of convenience. However it was quite tasty and reasonably priced that I came back for more meals. They have a fairly good selection of food on the menu with the fish and chips being my favourite. The staff were really friendly, giving us good suggestions on where to visit and how to get there. If you are staying in the Delta hotel be sure to eat here.

There is a Starbucks located within the restaurant which was a great find while attending a conference. Unfortunately it doesn't show up on Google but hopefully any undercaffeinated folks might see this!

Food is very good and quick out of the kitchen. Clubhouse and fish and chips are winners but would have loved to try the curry and a few others but not enough meals in a day…service was quick and pleasant as well.
