This was an absolute nightmare. I tried to order Pizza Hut online, and it was a total dead end. My cards wouldn't work, even after trying two different ones, two different web browsers, and two different profiles. Nothing. So, completely bewildered, I called them.
The person who answered spoke in a way that was very difficult for me to understand; it sounded like English might not have been their first language, and that made an already frustrating situation even worse. After what felt like ages trying to figure out what they were saying, they finally mumbled something about not having a delivery driver.
A delivery driver?! Are you serious? You let me waste all that time trying to place an online order, going through all those steps, only to not tell me that you can't even deliver it? When I asked if that was why my order kept getting declined, the person just went silent. It felt like they expected me to just know their operational issues. This isn't just bad service; it's incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I'm taking my business, and my money, somewhere that actually values its customers. One star is far too generous for this experience.

My mother LOVES Pizza Hut. She tried to order by calling (she has trouble hearing and with sight…and doesn’t do online things) the person she talked to told her she can’t get any deals on the phone. It’s disappointing that our older generations that don’t or can’t use technology can’t even order a pizza deal 🙄 he wasn’t patient with her at all. Please fix your systems for people that don’t use online and teach your staff to be respectful to their customers

Always good pizza but last week, went to pick up my pizza 15 min before the close and my wife asked for using the bathrooms and the staff laughed and said it was broken. It was a bull face lie and very deplorable, specially after having tipped these idiots and paying $40 for a Pizza. Shame on you.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in a while and made a point to go this time. I was looking forward to the sit down. Experience with the hot pizza plates coming to the table and was very disappointed. Although the dining room was still there, it was shut down, and only takeout pizza was available.
I cant do it anymore. Returned the last batch for a replacement. And they give me next to nothing with the box messy. Prices go up. Service goes down. Highly recommend a place called Classic Pizza. Amazing service and food quality there.

The food itself is consistent, usually pretty good. But the service is quite poor.
They typically run 20-30 minutes late on a consistent basis. The ETA online doesn't appear to come from the actual restaurant. When you come inside, your typically greeted by 5-7 customers who have also been waiting 20 minutes past their order ETA.
They appear to prioritize delivery over walk-in, so you might be better off ordering delivery if you want Pizza Hut.
Its also incredibly expensive compared to local shops or other franchises. ~$26 for a pizza is pretty rough.
Overall - you are better off ordering from a local shop, or if you do want the franchise pizza, Little Ceasers across the street is fast & better priced.

Dec 29 2024 purchased 3 mediums. ALL were burnt and not fit to eat. over $40 spent and waisted. Plus travel time and fuel cost. Now Jan 28,25 and I have not had a reply to my review from anyone at Pizza Hut. WOW !
Now April 3,25 Still have not had a response from Pizza Hut .
