The guy working at store today made a 1000% great pizza. Excellent pizza going to come back again if he is going to make pizza other wise i will prefer forest hills location .

I used to come to this location often because the service was always great—the previous was very respectful and kind. However, this time was completely different.
When I went to place my order, the guy at the counter (I believe his name was Raza) was extremely rude. From the moment I started ordering, he made me feel as if I was dumb for asking questions about the menu. It was clear he didn’t want to be there, and when I asked for options, he was dismissive. The worst part was when he told me, “If you can’t decide, just leave the restaurant.”
When I mentioned his attitude, he didn’t care at all and even said, “You can go and complain to anyone you want—I don’t care.” That level of disrespect is unacceptable.
This is not the kind of service I expect from a place I used to enjoy. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff on how to properly talk to customers. Until then, I won’t be returning.
Hubby pre-ordered a pizza for the next day at 4:30pm. They accidentally made it the night they received it, confirmed it was their mistake, but now he is unable to pre-order a pizza without pre-paying because "he didn't pick up his pizza" and his credit card information they took down isn't working on their end. Therefore, I'd recommend not pre-ordering at this location.

Ordered a 4 toppings large pizza was disappointed with their regular crust is thin crust, toppings were very sparse and it was quite bland tasting. The only good thing was that it wasn't greasy. First and last time I will be ordering from pizza pizza.
