I went in for the barbecue chicken, and right away the value stood out. The price was excellent, and the portion size was generous enough to feel like a real meal, not just a quick snack in a box.
The staff were fast, kind, and respectful, and it was clear they take pride in how they handle their food. Everything looked clean, organized, and carefully prepared.
Now the star of the show: the chicken. It was deeply marinated, with flavour all the way down to the bone. Not just surface-level seasoning, but real, slow-soaked taste in every bite. You can tell everything is prepped fresh that day, and it comes through in the quality.
This is one of those small, local spots where the food has real soul behind it. Honest portions, great value, friendly service, and flavour that keeps you coming back.
Definitely a place worth supporting. I’ll be back again for sure.

Went to this amazing establishment for the first time this eve! My boyfriend had been there several times for lunch and recommended we go there to grab dinner. I had the pasta and he had the jerk chicken.......sooooo yummy! Staff was so friendly; I can't wait to go back!!

Finally tried R and B Kitchen today. Had BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, jerk chicken, rice and peas, corn bread. All of it was fantastic. The best was the Rasta pasta. Unbelievable flavour with a little kick. Great prices for lots of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

R&B is doing the school lunches at my kids school and it has been a massive hit! You can tell they care about what they are doing and not just throwing food on a plate that meets the requirements. So happy to have them in our school! We'll done R&B!

Ordered the BBQ chicken with mac&cheese, green beans and cornbread. Everything was flavourful and delicious. A big serving too so I have left overs for tomorrow. Service was great and quick! Bring cash though! No debit
