We ordered from Ronnie’s before and it was so so We order tonight and to start we ordered extra sauce they forgot to add it to the bill so they didn’t put it in the order. You think you pay 60 bucks for your order they would let the sauce The donairs were the worse thing ever had. The meat was so dry and crunchy I couldn’t eat it. The onions was the only good part. Never order from there again

I dont recommend even though it says i do. I very clearly ordered a large pizza on the phone. they send a guy who brings me a Extra Large pizza (common mistake). so he calls the store. he hands me the phone and the guy on the other end tells me im wrong and that I ordered an extra large.. excuse me what? im not paying 32 bucks. How are you going to tell the customer they are wrong. I speak VERY CLEAR English on the phone unlike the guy who took my order. this is ridiculous and the pizza should be free. dont tell the customer they are Wrong. ill be speaking to the owner. I used to order once a week. now they just lost a regular customer. its pretty ridiculous to get told that I wrong. you dont treat customers like that, I work in customer service and I'd be fired. they should be held accountable

Tried the chicken poutine at Ronnie’s Pizza and it was honestly amazing. The fries were crispy, the chicken was tender, and the gravy brought it all together. Big shoutout to Cook Jay—dude knows what he’s doing!

Ronnie’s donair plate is #1. Good taste and lots of baked cheese to top it off. I don’t get them often but it’s always a treat I look forward to.
Have only delivery from here twice, but both times, liked the pizza enough to get it again. Their poutine I liked a lot. Stretchy, melted mozzarella with a reasonable amount of gravy, not drowning in it. I also prefer a light poultry gravy, vs a dark beef, and this is a happy medium. I crave it again, after typing this. LOL
