Food, coffee, service, all were excellent. Love supporting Second Cup. Atmosphere needs an update because the chairs have been around too long. Stuffing is falling out of most of them. Would change to 5 stars if they would take care of this.

I do love coming here, today I had the ham and cheese grill which was delicious and an Americano, delish on both items. The problem was when the food and drink was being made, I had to ask the cashier to replace my cup because his hand and his marker had touch the inside and rim of my cup. I was also a little upset because the employee who prepared my sandwich was coughing in his hands and running their hands through their hair and not washing them. This is the first time I have seen this at this location. Not impressed 😕

Love your coffee. Cost is high and rewards take forever. Went to cash reward and you wanted to charge $.90 for the oat milk??? What? Be consistent. I was not charged for this before. Please don’t force me back to the mega American coffee conglomerate that is cheaper and does not charge you for oatmilk on a reward. Bad decision…,

Whenever I walk in here I stop in the entrance and say "hay-oooh" and the whole place yells back "uh huh!" and then I walk in and they give me a coffee. That's basically what I do but only on weekends and it hasn't affected my job.

If blend (10%) is considered to be 'cream' (18%) then I challenge the owners of Second Cup to drink a full glass of actual blend.Cream is not 10%, you are supposed to be a coffee shop, you should know this.
