I do love coming here, today I had the ham and cheese grill which was delicious and an Americano, delish on both items. The problem was when the food and drink was being made, I had to ask the cashier to replace my cup because his hand and his marker had touch the inside and rim of my cup. Love your coffee. Cost is high and rewards take forever. Went to cash reward and you wanted to charge $.90 for the oat milk??? What? Be consistent. I was not charged for this before. Please don’t force me back to the mega American coffee conglomerate that is cheaper and does not charge you for oatmilk on a reward. Bad decision…,

Whenever I walk in here I stop in the entrance and say "hay-oooh" and the whole place yells back "uh huh!" and then I walk in and they give me a coffee. That's basically what I do but only on weekends and it hasn't affected my job.
