Hours on Google are not the actual hours of operation at this Dartmouth crossing location. They are indeed not open until 9 and apparently close 1 hour prior to 9 as Google advises.

Didnt feel welcomed at all. Went to order, wasn’t mentioned about the second cup loyalty program(eventually found out when I logged in on the wifi). I decided to sign up and get myself another drink for free by using the app. One of the employee’s(south Asian looking guy, not sure exactly) was making fun of the drink I ordered, not knowing that it was me who ordered it. He was very rude, and ruined my day. Was going to address to a manager but had to run out due to a personal matter. Hope this issue gets addressed

Today, me and my friends and I came here in the afternoon. The front door had a paper on it, which said " closed at 2pm ". After reading that we went it because we saw people coming out from it WITH COFFEE!!!!. After going in , we saw people there working. It was still 1.57, and we had the right to order. My friend went to the cashier to order, but he declined, saying we are closing at 2 pm. We were shocked to hear that they refused to take our order since they did serve to other customers. I believe that happened with us because me and my friends and I are not from this country. This racist behavior should not be acceptable. Any immigration who is seeing this should understand that there might be a chance that they will do the same to you. There are so many restaurants/fast food places that take your order before closing time. I myself am a food service worker. I can understand that taking orders at the last moment can be frustrating. But you also need to remember that you are someone who is representing the brand, which in this case was the second cup. Now I don't remember who the guy was, but I remember that it happened in the second cup. For me, the reputation of this brand has gone low. I will not come back here again, and neither my friends.

Quite and not busy place if you want to go to enjoy your coffee on weekends...
Excellent service, shout out to the super sweet ladies and the brunette gent with the moustache. Super attentive and very friendly. Haven’t been to the second cup in a long time but went for my go to- caramel corretto! So yummy! Thank you guys!

Good atmosphere, friendly staff. But the staff member already ordered my drink from had no idea how to make a proper cappuccino. They try to serve me a cappuccino in 12 oz cup. What are we? Savages.. haha Kidding, but cappuccinos are not supposed to go in 12 oz. Cups and she had no idea. Definitely not holding that against her. Just a more coffee education to be passed around.
But we did enjoy the atmosphere and my friends and I hung out for a little bit while we had coffee and caught up with each other. It was very nice.
